“While getting my S series repaired at mercedes benz of tampa, I noticed that many of the people on the drive were wearing gold name tags. I asked my mechanic and he said they were from a different company. I chatted one of them up and asked about them. Apparently, they're from Pinnacle. They opened my door and helped me with my son, they connected me with a salesman and even made my coffee exactly the way I asked. Whatever it is you're doing, keep doing it. It was my favorite experience so far at mercedes!”

“Have never had any car detailed. Gary picked up my car, and took it tohis detail place, and all I had to do was hand him the keys. He then delivered it back to me. How easy was this!!! The car looks new and boy does it sparkle!!! There were some places on my car around the trunk, that I had really never looked at until Gary pointed them out to me before he took the car, that were very dirty but (again) Gary made them sparkle!!Thanks Gary...for your efficiency and kindness and quality of service. “Crash Champions really showed me what great customer service looks like today. At the end of my workday I walked out to a completely flat tire. I tried putting air in it to see if it would hold until I made it home but less than 10 minutes into my drive it went completely flat again. I was a bit far from home and my husband was at work so I was feeling a bit defeated. I searched for a body shop near me and Crash Champions was the first place that came up.
I drove the rest of the way on my flat tire and walked in about 15 minutes before closing with the hope that someone could help. I completely forgot to ask for her name, but I want to give the biggest thank you to the blonde, tattooed Amazon who did not hesitate to help me. Your kindness turned what was already a stressful day into one that reminded me that there are still genuinely good people out there. I would also like to thank the gentleman who initially hesitated when I asked for help. Had he stepped in first I never would have experienced the compassion and great customer service that your coworker showed me.
Someone told me, “Sometimes people just need help.”
Moments like this are a reminder that kindness costs nothing but it can mean so much to someone else, a little compassion can completely change that persons day.
