It is conveniently located across from World Of Beer in the Owings Mills Metro Center, with a parking garage directly behind the store. Barrel & Vine also offers delivery.
Very well stocked liquor store and they also deliver! Great staff, very helpful in getting a hard to find bottle of bourbon. I will definitely return.

An impressive inventory of liquor, including many higher end bourbons, rums and more. Max helped me locate a rare Hampden rum set and a bottle of chartreuse. I’ll definitely be back to explore their wine selection and pick out a few more bottles.
