I have had better experiences in the past. As several commentators have mentioned customer service in the store is lacking big time. I went and was one of 2 customers in the store. While I was greeted upon entry, no one offered any assistance so after about 10 minutes I lended up leaving.

I rarely post reviews but the service I received today from the cashier, Theresa, was top notch. I typically receive decent service here but today she exceeded my expectations. She helped me pick out some products that I had been on my wish list for a while but was uncertain of what I needed. Theresa was extremely patient as I was having trouble with my app and she answered every question and objection with knowledge and expertise. She also greets everyone with “Hello Beautiful” which I think is great because sometimes we just need that gentle reminder!

I had the displeasure of visiting this location today. This was my first time and will for sure be my last. While the store was clean and well stocked, they sell all the same products as any other Ulta location. This one in particular has the some worst customer service I’ve received at a retail store- not just an Ulta store! They keep all the fragrance TESTERS locked away(for an understandable reason), and when someone finally came to help so I could smell the fragrances, she acted as if she was annoyed at my request, the whole interaction was awkward, she acted as if the whole notion of her spraying the perfume was beneath her, and her demeanor was just cold and unwelcoming. I had a few more things I specifically came to buy but couldn’t find, rather than ask another employee for guidance, I decided to cut my shopping trip short. Cashier was on her phone DURING my checkout, she was also speaking to me in a manner that was so nonchalant, it just solidified me giving this location a 1 star, even though I had hopes of a decent checkout experience, at least. Other store associates were standing around in like a group of 3 or 4 having a personal conversation, the whole experience at this place was just terrible. I don’t expect retail associated to salute and stand at attention every time someone walks in the door, but no consumer who’s spending their hard earned money wants to feel like a nuisance after interacting with the workers. I don’t know if this is a corporate or franchise store, either way I have low hopes that I’ll be contacted about my review or if anything will even be done about this issue, they don’t even ask you to rate your experience after shopping like most stores do. Take the extra drive, go to the next location, don’t shop at this one.

Extremely poor customer service at this location. The workers completely ignore you. I went into the store for one little thing that I couldn’t find until the cashier help me. The workers were standing in circle having personal conversation none of them greeted in any of the customers they came in at the same time as me And no one asked anyone if they needed help. If you want to have personal conversations on the clock at least clear out the customers first.

Jessica was wonderful! She helped me right away and found the perfect bronzer for me. She also helped me find a couple other products which so far work better than anything else I’ve tried.

Felt like the workers were following me around me like I was trying to steal something. No one ever asked if I needed help but there was always a worker standing near me anywhere I went in the store.

Sometimes I feel like the service is sloppy and that the workers are inattentive or outright annoyed.
They'll follow you around and will act weird. I dont know if they judge by looks (as in who looks like they should be here based on hair, makeup, etc) but I've noticed a weird attitude from half the staff.
It's a convenient location but between the staff and the actual store sometimes being low on items I want, I'd rather go to another location for more of my purchases.

Got 7" lopped off my hair. Joey Z was excellent. Very good dude. Love my haircut. (It's between wavy and curly, so if the stylist isn't paying attention, I'm going to be a mushroom...)
