Came in to purchase an item that was only available online. I learned that shipping is free when ordered from the store, even if delivered to home address. The item was sent 2nd day air and I got it days earlier than originally expected.

I've already posted on X(twitter) about this. The only reason Imma give it two stars is because of the ladies that tried to help me at the front register. This was the worst shopping experience I've had in a while. I see why in store shopping is dying. I went to this location to try and pre-order Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth and couldn't. I walked in the store it was slow so I expected it to be empty, but I went from the front of the store to the computers and then to the gaming section which was around 20 mins and not one employee asked if I needed help or if I was looking for something in particular! I had to talk up to the checkout and then asked them if I can pre-order. Which they still couldn't help me because they had to go online to their own website to find a sku#. I'm not upset with the ladies that tried to help...im upset at the whole experience. Won't be going to that this Best Buy or any other one if the experience is going to be like that. Online shopping would've save me a trip and time!

Great store. Brick and mortar are on their way out, but I'm happy this best buy is around. Good deals, and instant gratification. Awesome price on a gaming laptop, happy I stopped by.

I went in to buy a pair of headphones. I will say that the customer service could have been better, as the store was practically empty and no one came over to help me for a good 10 minutes, even after someone said they were coming to help.That said, they had what I was looking for and the associate who helped me was nice, so I'm going to leave the rating positive.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. It is fully stocked with all tech products making it convenient for shopping due to the many options for each product. The staff is far and spread, however, making it hard to get help if needed.

I went in to research gaming monitors. The associate was extremely helpful. He patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel like I had his total attention.

Man I love best buy but for whatever reason I have the worst luck with them. I've never been able to successfully pickup any order without issue. I've tried to give the store multiple chances. I blame me because I continue to come back. Most of the time if I choose shipping there's no issue but store pickup I'm like 1 for 10.

I find it annoying when store sells Reps ask me the same question back-to-back when given a clear answer the very first time. I think it’s smart to allow the customer to inquire about the offer all after that, if they’re interested. Professional courtesy.
