Worst visit ever I had to yell for a cashier then finally one showed up and this lady showed up and cut me off in line she started helping her like it was all fine I came back left very disappointed I just bought the Jacket so I have a receipt. I can contact corporate this is a very disgusting and intolerable behavior.I spoke to the GM she had the same rude behavior Im sorry I’m not here for sorry this girl needs to be fired. They can help their kind and ignore other races and people but if I were to the same then Im Racist.Kindly for God loving Sake I want corporate to look in this and because Im on my Desk looking for a Good attorney against Burlington.

you can find things cheap but when it's time to check out you may be waiting for a long time whether it be a normal day or holiday season. They never have enough people on the registers no matter what and those that work the registers love to take their time despite how many are waiting. Last visit I gave up after 15 minutes in line because the line wrapped around the store and there were half the registers open. I would have had to wait there for over 30 minutes for something I grabbed in less than 5. No thank you. Only go in and shop if you know there's a chance to be in and out or if you have the patience to wait.

Only one register open all the time in the store that sells so many things and for all ages and genders. They don't even call for help when line gets as long as over 20 customers. Not sure why there are 4-5 + closed registers at all the time? Are they for decoration ? Burlington should just remove them or create self - checkout stations. Customers complain, Burlington does nothing. And no more London Fog coats that were beautiful, elegant, high quality, and affordable. What happened with the Burlington COAT factory?

Burlington, do you even care about your brand? And what does your brand represent in our communities?It's sad that this store has the worst customer service, worst customer experience, dirty and not organized.Like who is in charge of this store? I literally walked up to the register and 2 women gossiping and talking about others. The front of the store is not the place to do that, especially not in front of customers.This is the second store in 25 miles of Owings Mills, Md radius that has absolute terrible management.The last store, my fiance, and I waited more than an hour for a layaway package. Then, the manager proceeded to scold the front register team in front of EVERYONE as she is on the phone with someone. LIKE WHAT?? Come on, Burlington? You need help!Burlington is a great store, so please, Burlington, strive to build a better customer experience for our community from the moment we walk in to when we walk out. BUILD A BETTER BRAND!

The store staff is very rude. I had a issue with the price of an item because the store didn't have a tag on the current item in their store. I even had a reciept with the current price. It's simple give the customer the item for the price on their reciept. It's not their money but I will never return to this store due to whom works there.

Who cares about finding bargains, when u have to wait so long, in line. I see that slow service, poor customer service complaints have been ongoing issue, but I took a chance. Left all items in the store

Owings Mills Burlington needs to do better! How is it that a return, with original receipt, unused, in its original packaging( a wok) is refunded at the marked down sale price? Nowhere in the return policy does it say that. Actually, most retailers will offer store credit on items returned with a receipt past the return date. It's not like I bought the item a year ago, it was literally a few days past the 30 days. It's funny because they will give you a hard time for this, yet, for FULL PRICE they will sell you items like the attached picture mind you I saw this pan over a month ago and again today. It's still on the shelf and they still want full price ...

I went there to get some school clothes for my son, got everything he needed plus shoes for me and my husband. I absolutely love that place, the prices are amazing. They have such a wide variety of everything. Highly recommend!!

Had an interview yesterday with by far the most disrespectful manager ever . It was around 10am on 2/14 she was very short with responses and very aggressive I don’t even think that was the real direct hiring manager. I only wish I got her name before she hung up on me for no reason . I am just an honest person that was looking into another job opportunity . In todays time customer service is at an all time low if you don’t like your field of work or just simply don’t have no home training/mannerism go learn cause that interaction was unacceptable in todays world it’s consequences/karma to everything. I will be calling the corporate office as well because i called back and everyone acted as if they don’t know each other these young people hold no accountability at all.
