I am very unhappy of today's visit. I arrived at 5:00pm and found sign that sales person is on the lunch and will return by 5:30pm. Store is to be closed at 7:00pm. I spent over 30 minutes in the vehicle of waiting for opening store, because no alternative locations near by available. Per working hours, lunch time is not mentioned for store closing. I understand that people cannot work without lunch time, but security person needs to be available to cover one another in this situation.

I had a great experience in this store earlier this evening. The guy there got one of my phones working quickly, and was very friendly and helpful about other questions that I had. His service was on point, and that is greatly appreciated.

This is going to sound weird but there's a lot of bugs in this location. Yes, insects. There's a gap between the glass and the wall to the outside of the building, probably a quarter of an inch so they crawl into the building. Figured building management should be aware of it since it's probably a security issue as well.I wasn't wowed by the customer service here. Salesman said he couldn't help me with my account if I didn't know my pin number (I bought a phone for my mother, she forgot all the security info). I called customer service and they told me the guy inside could reset my account without issue because it's in my name. If the guy working inside knew that, I wouldn't have wasted 2 hours that day. Still never got my issue resolved. Not impressed.

I went in to help my parents upgrade their phones. I had a little bit of a wait because there were two customers in front of me which was fine. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and had a smile (could tell because he was was joking and laughing with us). I didn't feel out of place or ignored. He managed to help myself and another customer with two separate issues at the same time while we managed to still stay socially distanced at the counter. My only problem was that it was really hot in the store while being like 100° outside. Other than that, great customer service.
