Ok. I've hit my limit. This is the only CVS that is drive thru in this area. There have been so many instances where I attempt to utilize the drive through and they have an excuse as to why I can't get my prescription. They put signs up that are clearly not provided by the store to tell you to come inside because they don't want to open another register. That is unacceptable. Sick of this place.

Tried to get photo printout twice here, both times they mentioned the system crashed. First time even got confirmation mail that my photos are ready to be picked up. Cashiers are not at all helpful.

I had a script called in three hours prior to me arriving to pick it up. Not only was it "not ready" they had not even checked the calls to put it through. I then waited over an hour for it to be filled. Grotesque establishment and poorly run. 0 stars.

The good: ample parking The bad: my last 3 prescriptions have taken an act of a 2008-2023 Congress to get filled. Pharmacy line is often super-long and slow-moving, plus there are usually few cashiers working. I went 3 weeks ago and the drive through was closed for lunch, same as the interior pharmacy. This new location had such promise. Sadly it is now a promise not fulfilled.

I can't get anyone on the phone!!! I've been calling the pharmacy for 2 days about my prescription. Once I waited for 30 minutes. Don't tell to get the app... that's not much better. I tried to post this but I had to give it 1 star to get it to post.

Horrible dirty trash overflowing, floor inside dirty, parking lot trash and the cashier had no customer service.

I noticed the reviews for this store aren't great, but I've been here a few times and the service has been great. I've always been able to find what I need or get assistance when needed. On this particular trip I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Dontasia who is fairly new and was so friendly and inviting. When she was uncertain about how something rung up she excused herself and told me she was going to ask the manager. I totally respect that instead of wasting time guessing. She ran into another little bump and got the manager Giselle who cleared everything up. Both Giselle and Dontasia could teach a class on customer service with a smile. Keep up the good work, and CVS don't let them go because good help is to find

My first visit here. It was pretty neat and clean. Well stocked and the clerk was personable and helpful. I came in to use my EXTRABUCKS on some batteries, they didn't have the type I was looking for but GREAT GOOGA MOOGA, why are batteries so expensive now??? Sheeesh, but I digress, it's a convenient local neighborhood CVS, pop in! They also got 5 stars because I happened across my elusive AquaHydrate water that I've been looking for for months. If they stock it here I'll definitely be in here often.

We went there three days ago and everything was exactly as it was three years ago, so it was another positive experience. A particularly nice aspect of this store is the large size, as the selection is really good.

You would think drive thru testing would be a quick and easy experience. It is not. My son's appointment was scheduled for 1:40. We arrived at 1:25. I reached the window at 1:55. It is now 2:04 and no test has been administered. Meanwhile, a line has formed behind me and some people just want to pick up a prescription. This is ridiculous! Surely, in year two of a pandemic CVS has perfected this process!?

Absolutely terrible! Avoid this drive-thru pharmacy location at all cost! Dropped off one Rx to be filled and was told it would be ready in an hour. I was also told I'd receive a text when it was ready. After waiting around the area for 1.5 hours I drove back to the pharmacy, to the drive-thru, where I sat behind 2 cars for 15/20 mins! I wanted to leave, but I was stuck. Once in line you can't get out. When I finally get to the window the lady tells me the insurance wouldn't cover it. Ok, but where was the phone call to let me know that?!! I wasted so much time waiting around. Unacceptable!

The drive through covid testing is extremely helpful during this time however it was extremely inconvenient today waiting in like for an hour just to find out the label printer is not working. No one came out to let everyone in line know that it was broken so we could get out of line. Instead we all had to wait to get to the window. I feel extremely sorry for those who were simply picking up a prescription. I recommended even handwriting patients names and collecting samples and have whomever takes the samples take the printed sheet of labels when the printer was fixed. No solution or improvising was done for the customers experience.

Went in tonight to pick up pictures I ordered online and had the worst experience. Went up to the line where the woman tried to charge me, I calmly explained to her that I paid online when placing my order and showed her the emails i received from cvs for my order as well as my pnc bank account to show her that I was already charged. She then proceeded to tell me that I did not pay and she cannot give me my pictures. She was then rude and did not to try to help see what went wrong. Instead she kept saying theres nothing she can do and that I cant have my pictures because I did not pay. Overall she was the manager and she was rude and did not try to help but instead focused on accusing me of lying in regard to paying. In the end I read my order number again from my email and then she says oh you did pay and I am completely confused about the issue because the slip on the front clearly said "online order paid online" in red. As a result I will be contacting corporate about how the manager Teresa Sanders was unprofessional and really tried to charge me $50 over again for pictures that were already paid for especially when i had proof of the payment.

DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST HERE. I sat in a line of 5 cars for over an hour; it was one person per hour, and that's with an appointment. The place directly across the street does them in under 5 minutes. Making people with a possible covid infection wait in hot cars for over an hour past their appointment time is unethical and disgusting.
