Be careful! Dark liquor seems to be watered down in my opinion. The bottle I brought was sealed. It tasted as if it was served straight on the rocks and the rum was affected by ice. I compared it against another bottle from another store and there was definitely a difference in color and taste. Know your rum and be aware. I really don't think D&L did anything wrong. But they need to check where they buy from. NOW THIS IS MY OPINION AND IN NO WAY CLAIM THAT D&L DID ANYRHING WRONG.

Great liquor store!Excellent selection of beer, wine and liquor. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Store owner listens to his customers and helps out with specific orders when they don't carry a certain product in stock. Lotto machine in store is also a great plus.Thank you!

Ok. It's Alonso's on a Thursday. Hit and miss over the years. Mostly hit, honestly. I keep going back because of the service when sitting at the bar. And the food. 90% of the time it's quite good. A variety of pizzas, burgers and good sized wings. Good calamari. Now they have people from the Dizz. Reset. Foodies sitting at the bar and other Restaurant owners. I looked at the menu... lots of good options as I mentioned, the Rachel burger is always good, or maybe the plain LTM & cheese. The barbecue chicken pizza is often nice. Tonight I went for the crab cake platter for $24-25. Was $10 per cake as a salad add-on, so I asked how many and of course, two. Comes with crispy fries. Sorry for the long buildup but these were the best crab cakes I've had in a very long while. Lumpy. Can taste the old bay... and importantly, crab. Great texture not too dry or bready. See the picture, I could only finish one. Sorry that you're looking at leftovers but I didn't expect this. This is a top notch crab cake. It is exactly what I hope any crab cake to be. No fancy drizzle or remoulade on the plate, just two nice size jumbo lump crab cakes and fries. Well priced and worth the trip. I really mean it! Thanks Alonso's. Great service, btw. Sit at the bar for the best casual, friendly, attentive, good-food experience.

Though they didn't want to order my favorite Tequila, their prices on the other drinks were excellent.

We live nearby, so Alonso's is an easy place to go when we don't feel like driving anywhere. Usually it's for a beer and the Old Bay wings, which are good and crisp. The burgers are good, the servers are friendly, but we always know we'll be in for a bit of a wait with service, and maybe inconsistent results with some of the menu items. It's a pleasant surprise to see the woman working there from The Dizz (now closed). So nice to see her, and here's hoping she'll kick things up a notch so this can become a 5 star review!
