I work in long term care. We use the website to schedule labs. Its a nightmare . It takes any where between 5 and 10 minutes to do that. Its really slow . They need to work on that.

Diamond Medical Laboratories services my Nursing Facility and the service is wonderful. The management team is always available when needed and the office staff is always very responsive and nice on the phone.
