Incompetent to a thread. Once they lost my father's test vials after drawing bloodwork, after claiming he was not home at time of appointment. Another time they wouldn't come out despite repeated scheduling calls done by his primary and numerous phone calls from me.As a patient with critical health needs you deserve better. Ask for another lab to do your testing.

Terrible lab test quality, just caused a whole Nursing Home to have false positive Covid PCR Results. I am not sure why a nursing home would use a 3rd rate lab instead of Labcorp or Quest, money I guess. But you buy Ford and Chevy, not Yugos. People's lives are at stake.

Diamond Medical Laboratories services my Nursing Facility and the service is wonderful. The management team is always available when needed and the office staff is always very responsive and nice on the phone.

Not only is Scheduling a nightmare but the management team is horrible. They have no since of communication with their employers at all, They don't know what they are doing what so ever, you're supposed to have a four hour turn around with stat but the Phlebotomists show up whenever they like with attitudes. One Phlebotomist showed up to one of the facilities smelling like marijuana, another coworker is on trail for manslaughter charges. When speaking to the manager Eliana, She was very rude disrespectful and immature. How can you have someone with a low IQ manage your business.

Scheduling is a nightmare. They have no recording for messages it just says 118 and you're supposed to assume you've reached scheduling. And they never returned my calls. Billing picked up twice telling me to leave a message that they are busy and will return my call. I hope the Dr. doesn't use their services in the future.
