“Excellent customer service, the gentleman that interacted with my son with while he looking for a graduation balloon for my grandson was polite and professional. The store was clean, spacious and didn’t have boxes of inventory cluttering the aisles. I would definitely shop here because of the customer service.”
“There are 3 family dollars in my area. This is my preferred store. Always clean, well stocked and the associates are friendly with good customer service. The only thing is the company should work on fixing the air conditioning it’s pretty hot in there sometimes which makes it uncomfortable while trying to shop I don’t see how the associates tolerate it.”

He kept pacing the aisles, while not responding to questions from customers then got into a verbal argument with a middle aged woman asking a simple question. “I didn't purchase anything that was worth sharing a photo of oh, but I do like shopping at the various locations because they offer a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. The Staffing is Hidden Mist, sometimes nice and sometimes not so nice. Overall this company has become a staple in many low to middle-income families and is definitely a blessing. I would recommend anyone to shop here for a quick stop.”
“Many options of items to purchase at a great value. Kitchen items, crafts, cards, balloons, snacks, electrical items, dishwashing, cleaning items toiled paper towel items, you name it, snacks, candies, they have it. I get what I need and I'm out. Each time are different items I need to purchase”

“I've been here before and it's a decent store as dollar stores go. I may update this after I actually get in the store this morning. The hours on the Google profile say 8:00 a.m. to 7 p.m., but this door definitely does not open at 8:00 a.m., at least not on Saturdays. I was there from 8:00 a.m. to 10 minutes after”

“There is this red arthritis achol they sell, I buy 8nto 10 bottles at a time. I share it with everyone! I buy socks there to keep in my desk drawer at school for the students when there feet get wet from the snow or rain. I love ❤ Dollar Tree.”

“Still one of my favorite places to shop. But the one register is highly annoying. When I worked at Family dollar on Pratt & Monroe Street if I had 3 customers in line and a fourth walked up, You called for assistance from another associate. I watched at least 5 people walk out and leave their carts at the register full of merchandise. If corporate knew how much money walked out the door, they'd definitely hire more staff. Store is always stocked and clean. Yet the check out line be to the back of the store. And that's just NOT good”

“I visited Dollar tree at 6503 Baltimore National pike on Saturday December 30th around 9:30 a.m. there was only one person in the whole store working. The ASM Sarah. The grace and poise she gave every customer was astonishing. She greeted each person with a smile and asked how we were. She also wished everyone a happy new year. I waited in line for 10 mins but I appreciated how courteous she was. I complemented her on how calm and friendly she was. Her response was being angry wouldn't help my situation so I rather be happy. She needs a raise. Kudos to you Sarah!Job well done.”
“The workers at the store are very hard working. They stretched very thin but I can see they are doing their best. The managers always greet me when I come in the store.
