It's the 2nd time I've come to this location with a reservation and they NEVER have a 7 seater SUV. Customer service isn't telling me sorry, you can't see the inventory and check another location after I placed a reservation 3 weeks ago. Customer service is ensuring that a customer who has reserved and paid for a specific vehicle has the requested vehicle or similar ready and on your lot upon arrival. I left and went to another Enterprise location and because of the other location's STELLAR customer service I will NEVER reserve another rental at the Owings Mills location. Do better!

Great management!
Forgive me I cannot remember her name but I know she is from Philadelphia, lovely customer service and made my experience with enterprise stress free.
All the staff there are very accommodating despite being a busy location no one has a bad attitude would definitely go again.

Enterprise=Excellence. This store in Owings Mills,Maryland is the epitome of their excellent service. Been using this car rental service for 25 years. Always clean cars, attentive,polite and professioal service.

I request for big SUV suburban or similar like that they give me small car and I keep calling but nobody response for that the manager called me. He’s gonna look for it but nobody helping me. I’m never gonna go back to them.

Booked weeks in advance. Confirmed with branch again three days before my reservation; ONLY for the branch to call that morning to tell me they didn’t have my rental; which it’s my understanding they’re supposed to retrieve prior to the reservation date. This not only pushed my entire trip back, but it interfered with other reservations made for my trip. 0/10 stars for the service and resolution. Will NEVER be booking again in my life. I’d go to hertz first.

Great customer service however it appears they are under staffed because one person (amazing guy doing all the job, goes out to inspect does documentation and discuss with new customers. This increases wait time, but in all it’s an amazing company

Enterprise will be my choice. When I picked up the car it had a full tank of gas and very clean. When I walked in the door to return my Nissan versa, (which I really like driving except it doesn't have all-wheel drive), the only person there, Sean-manager, who had somebody else at the counter, looked at me and told me he'd be with me in a couple minutes and to have a seat. So I knew I would be taking care of because he recognized me as a client who needed help.
And he wrapped it up on the computer in 2 minutes. Including that the $250 credit card hold amount would be not processed and that I didn't owe anything for the rental car which was $25 a day. And said he would find a driver to drive me back to the body shop, SDR body shop a half mile away. The driver was smiling and caring as well, he was happy and seemed to love his job.
I'm glad this experience was people with positivity!

The Enterprise in Owens Mills was the worst Enterprise I have rented from. The car was disgusting- Smelly, dirty and had many burns throughout. They gave it to me with less than half a tank and zero wind shield wiper fluid (they said they ran out)! The car also had a terrible rattling sound.
