This store does not open according to posted hours, specifically opening hours. I have tried to visit this store on numerous occasions in the morning well after the posted open time only to find that the associate hasn't opened the store yet. All the other stores in the shopping center manage to open on time except for this store in the St Thomas shopping center

9908 Reisterstown rd location has a sign stating that they open at 10am and I’ve been waiting in front of the store for 35 minutes and no one has yet to open the store. Called the number several and get no answer.maybe they need to change their sign.

Sign posted with hours stating store would be open at 10:00am. Get there at 10:20am and doors locked and lights out. Another customer stated he was waiting since 9:00am and that he has this issue frequently with this location. This was my first time visiting this location and probably my last time.

This store is never opened..and when opened nobody has a clue of what they're doind..Received an order that o didn't need..had to wait for the manager to get there at 2pm...GNC might as well close this location..they open and close when they want..and don't have solutions to any problem

I hate giving these type reviews. I have driven to this location 4 times over the last 2 months. Visited at different times, but within posted store hours. The store is NEVER open. This morning however, I was hopeful as there was a sign stating today's date, and that they'd be opening at 10 am instead of 9am. So, I waited 40 minutes in the parking lot. No one ever showed up. So, yeah I'm done.

Arrived to see a "BRB restroom sign on the door" with a locked door. Waited 10 minutes and called the store with no answer and no one in sight.
