Dismissive and disinterested in helping someone with a simple tax form. Apparently only interested in the "big fish" ie. large billing filings. Just told me to talk to the IRS (which I'd already tried). Unless you're a large company or have complex form$, tryTurbotax.

I Called this service about a sensitive issue. the front desk person was very rude. They were very condescending and hung up on me mid sentence explaining my issue. I felt insulted and disregarded. Avoid

Shawn has prepared my taxes for the last two years, and done a great job. My taxes are a little complicated as I had W2’s and 1099s last year, and this year I have an LLC. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and knew what he was talking about. I look forward to him preparing them again.

I came to file my taxes at this location and I loved it, I’ve been coming here for years and this is the only location I’ll ever go to. I met and got helped by a nice sweet lady named Lenora Sawyer. She was very welcoming & helpful. I liked how she made me comfortable and she helped explained a lot of things that I didn’t understand which I loved. She absolutely deserves a raise and promotion.
