Our experience at La-Z-Boy was professionalism at its best. The salesman, Anthony, was attentive to what my husband and I wanted. He explained the functionality of the sofas and available upgrades, and he was courteous and friendly. We loved the selection of sofas that were available and found the overall experience excellent.

Purchased our new recliner from the Owings Mills store! Great experience with our sales associate Virginia! She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and didn’t hover over us while we looked and decided which has totally turned us off in the Columbia store! Highly recommend!

Sales lady, Virginia, was very knowledgeable and saved us lots of time by pointing us in the right direction to the chairs she thought might be best suited to our needs. She was very patient and kind. Variety of chairs to choose from was great.

Extremely friendly polite service, it’s so refreshing when you go into a store that everybody wants to help you. Called them to get some additional information woman named Virginia, was so friendly and knowledgeable we had to make a the trip from Westminster, Maryland to her location.
She was extremely knowledgeable friendly spent the time that we needed being seniors my wife and I enjoyed speaking with her, she made us feel like old friends. She gave us all the information we needed.
Then we fit the next thing was shopped everything around through the Internet and local stores.
Did not find anyone out there that was helpful as this woman was nor is knowledgeable, one store lets us to believe that they were selling this type of reclining chair, went all the way over there from Westminster, when over there, the Sales clerk told us they had actually a better chair,, I done my research and the La-Z-Boy was the only chair I was intending on buying, did not tell you how upset I was drove I’ll be back home. Called my clerk at your company next day and made an appointment and went in to confirm my order.

I had a pleasant experience recently. I went to The La-Z-Boy store to choose a recliner. My sales associate was very knowledgeable. She stayed with me as I chose my chair, the fabric and the type of chair that I wanted. Together, we set up financing and we sent instructions off to have my chair made. My personal chair was created just for me. It was delivered to my room the day after my birthday as was planned. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Sales Lady was very helpful. Dedicated to find the item we wanted with all the details of style, color and options. Was not pushy or aggressive. Was very patient and was able to find or had all the answers to questions. It was very pleasurable and confident sales transaction which we trust her & would shop there again.

We were looking for a recliner chair for my husband, who is a power wheelchair user. We wanted something comfortable and easy for him to transfer to when wanting a break from his wheelchair. We worked with Virginia, who was fantastic at showing us the various options and making recommendations for what could work best with us. We love the chair we picked out and had a great experience at this store. Quick ordering and smooth delivery.
