I went to the Reisterstown rd location for labs and was told they did not have my order and to go to the other labcorp. They are all connected and my doctor said the labs were definitely sent over. Just an inconvenience

This location is efficient. I made a same day appointment. Check-in on arrival took 2 minutes. The ladies at the front desk were great and helped me through an issue with my lab order. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thanks again!

Don’t be mad at the people that are working, they are so short staffed on Saturdays. Who ever makes the schedule should have that duty stripped away asap.

Was not greeted a little on the unprofessional side I'm not going to say disgruntled attitude but the front desk was not friendly. Needs serious improvement that level of unprofessionalism should not be tolerated.

My appointment was 30 min ago and still waiting which isn’t the longest but what was the purpose of even making one if my time isn’t respected?

Over 1 hour and 20 minutes for a pre-employee urine drug screening test, are you serious? Labcorp needs to improve, this is unreal. Very disappointing.

Customer service at these locations need to be reviewed. Walked in at 9 due to other location not opening. Didn’t know if I was in the system or not and went I asked the lady at the front desk, she said” I have patients in front of you and can’t answer.” Ok. Proceed to wait another 30 minutes and another pt who was waiting went to the desk to ask where he was in line, lady told him one moment and answered him. After waiting another 30 mins, a lady walked in and asked pretty much what I did and was told she is busy and can’t answer questions due to her having to take patients one at a time and her system not allowing her to I assume leave a pt record to answer people walking in questions. Might I add, once she finished working with patients, she never answered anyone’s questions. So, after sitting for an hour (in the office) and a half, I go online and schedule myself an appt since the lady at the desk can’t assist with answering people questions. ( I’m in the office as a walk in scheduling a appt so I can get my questions answered). This process is ridiculous and not customer service friendly at ALL. All it takes is to have someone that can answer people questions to alleviate them sitting here not even knowing if they can or will be seen.

Horrible experience!! Went there to do a drug screen for my employer and noticed the kiosk were down. I proceeded to the front desk saying good morning and was completely ignored. The desk clerk was a light skinned girl with twisted locks, was unable to get a name. She continues writing up paperwork and directing another patient to the restroom. Still looking down as she’s writing, she states to me “Ma’am, do you have your paperwork”? As I’m pulling up the information from my email by phone, I respond, “ I’m getting the information right now for you and good morning to you.” She ignores me. I guess the word “email” finally registered in her head and she states she can’t pull any information that needs to be scanned. I asked her is there a way to pull my information by the code underneath the barcode if physically typed by her and she states with an attitude “No, I can’t help you.”
I really don’t understand the need for attitude. If you are that unhappy with your job, find another one!!! Till then, change your attitude and treat people the way you would like to be treated. It’s already an inconvenience that the systems are down but don’t take it out on patients who are only trying to do what they need to. You are the face of the company when sitting out front so make the experience the best you can. Especially when someone is greeting and acknowledging you as a Labcorp employee!!! This place needs to be shut down and looked into because the lack of professionalism and courtesy is ridiculous.

The guy at the desk was rude. I had an appointment, but I didn't have to wait long. The girl who drew my blood was nice. However, I had blood work done on Tuesday 3/19 and I'm still waiting for my results. It's Saturday morning 3/23!! What's taking so long??

This location is not fit to service infants.I regret to inform you of the disappointing experience I recently had with LabCorp services. As a customer in need of prompt and accurate medical testing, I relied on LabCorp to provide the necessary expertise and resources. However, my encounter revealed significant shortcomings in both staffing and supplies, greatly impeding the quality of service.Firstly, upon arrival, I noticed a notable absence of adequate staff to accommodate the volume of clients present. The limited personnel seemed overwhelmed and unable to efficiently manage the influx of individuals seeking testing. I made an appointment for my 2 week old son and the labcorp employee told me there was no sufficient staff for an infant at that time. Consequently, there were prolonged wait times, exacerbating the inconvenience for patrons and raising concerns about the overall effectiveness of the testing process.Furthermore, the inadequacy of essential supplies further compounded the challenges faced during my visit. It became evident that LabCorp lacked sufficient materials to conduct the required tests, resulting in delays and uncertainty regarding the completion of my medical examination. I requested blood to be drawn via his arm and the employee told.me they did not have the supplies to do so. Such deficiencies not only undermine the reliability of LabCorp's services but also raise questions about the organization's commitment to maintaining essential resources for its clientele. As a customer, I had anticipated a seamless and professional experience with LabCorp, reflecting the organization's reputation as a leader in the medical testing industry. However, the encountered deficiencies in staffing and supplies have left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the reliability of future engagements with your company. The LabCorp in Ownings Mills is not fit to service infants. In light of these observations, I urge LabCorp to reassess its operational protocols and allocate adequate resources to ensure the provision of timely and comprehensive services to all clients. Addressing these issues is essential to upholding the trust and confidence of customers who rely on LabCorp for their medical testing needs.Thank you for considering my feedback, and I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to rectify the identified shortcomings and enhance the quality of service provided by LabCorp in the future.

I’ve been going to this location for a little while now. Everyone was nice and every time I get my blood drawn it’s painless.
