This location is not fit to service infants.I regret to inform you of the disappointing experience I recently had with LabCorp services. As a customer in need of prompt and accurate medical testing, I relied on LabCorp to provide the necessary expertise and resources. However, my encounter revealed significant shortcomings in both staffing and supplies, greatly impeding the quality of service.Firstly, upon arrival, I noticed a notable absence of adequate staff to accommodate the volume of clients present. The limited personnel seemed overwhelmed and unable to efficiently manage the influx of individuals seeking testing. I made an appointment for my 2 week old son and the labcorp employee told me there was no sufficient staff for an infant at that time. Consequently, there were prolonged wait times, exacerbating the inconvenience for patrons and raising concerns about the overall effectiveness of the testing process.Furthermore, the inadequacy of essential supplies further compounded the challenges faced during my visit. It became evident that LabCorp lacked sufficient materials to conduct the required tests, resulting in delays and uncertainty regarding the completion of my medical examination. I requested blood to be drawn via his arm and the employee told.me they did not have the supplies to do so. Such deficiencies not only undermine the reliability of LabCorp's services but also raise questions about the organization's commitment to maintaining essential resources for its clientele. As a customer, I had anticipated a seamless and professional experience with LabCorp, reflecting the organization's reputation as a leader in the medical testing industry. However, the encountered deficiencies in staffing and supplies have left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the reliability of future engagements with your company. The LabCorp in Ownings Mills is not fit to service infants. In light of these observations, I urge LabCorp to reassess its operational protocols and allocate adequate resources to ensure the provision of timely and comprehensive services to all clients. Addressing these issues is essential to upholding the trust and confidence of customers who rely on LabCorp for their medical testing needs.Thank you for considering my feedback, and I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to rectify the identified shortcomings and enhance the quality of service provided by LabCorp in the future.

I’ve been going to this location for a little while now. Everyone was nice and every time I get my blood drawn it’s painless.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I went in on a Saturday for a drug screen. Upon my arrival, I signed in at the kiosk that read "looking for an available appointment time" (or something similar) after entering my information. The screen went idle, so I proceeded to walk to the front desk to ask for assistance, as I was stopped by a woman of African American decent with crinkled dreadlocks, who told me not to approach until I completed the kiosk. Humbly, I turned around, attempting the kiosk sign-in again as she shouted, "We haven't had problems all morning." At this point, I walked up to the desk and just blurted out what the screen message presented because, at this point, I had tried the sign-in three times with the two kiosks provided. The angry bird then enlightened me that they don't do drug screens on Saturdays. Had she been curteous with my initial approach, then we could have come to that conclusion earlier, saving me the frustration and her lots of IGNORANCE. She needs a warehouse job handling pallets because customer service within the medical field isn't her calling.

I would like to start by saying the phlebotomist who drew my blood a few weeks ago was very friendly and i had great customer service that day. I walked in with no appointment at 3:45 and was told they close at 4 but they took me in with no complaints. I came back a few days ago as a walk in for a drug screening at 3pm and the man at the front desk told me “i was too late and they stopped taking people at 3”. I explained to him that i was just there the other day and had work done at 3:45 and he told me “nope, must’ve been 2:45”. I said okay, and left. I made an appointment that day to come back 11:45 in the morning. I checked in at 11:40am and wasn’t seen until 12:35. They took every person WITHOUT an appointment before me which made no sense. Would absolutely not come back here.

This is a horrible place of business on the weekend. They have lost Mt labs twice now and it is ridiculous as these labs are crucial toy health. I made sure they pull all the necessary labs how in the world so they not get the right results in the end. What do you do when you are entering the codes. You are playing with people lives THIS IS NOT JUST A JOB! If you do not have the heart to do this work please please find another job. I am so disappointed with the service here that it's shame. Then when you call to inquire no one answer Labcorb directors please help patients in need

Extremely slow. Waited over 2.5 hours for a simple pre-employment drug screen.

The front desk staff working Saturdays is straight up disrespectful. She speaks aggressively and is agitated when someone is simply trying to ask questions or figure their way around the facility. I visited on 06/02/23 and that was the most horrible experience I’ve had at any Labcorp . Won’t be returning!

Brittany. Omg she should be designated as the trainer for all phlebotomists in the corporation. She has superb skills and AMAZING PROFESSIONALISMand bedside manner. Companies need to pull from within and elevate and retain good staff. Please do all you can to promote her

I got there when they open at 7:30 and I was out the door by about 7:42. The process was quick. The lady that checked me in and drew my blood was very nice and made pleasant conversation. She had no trouble drawing the blood, and it was painless.

There were two wonderful ladies who did everything. Answer your call, man the front desk and took care of the lab work. I asked them why was just two of them working. They’re understaffed like the entire medical industry. Give these girls a raise Lab Corp for their dedication and high work. I had a wonderful time.
