Where do I start?? It's too bad I have to give at least one star because the true score is zero stars. I have never been to this dealership or its service department so I had no idea where to go or what the procedure was to drop off my car for a warranty service. I found the correct area and all you see is a sign that says service with a closed garage door. I parked about 30 feet in front of that door and got out of my car just to ask if I was in the right place. I was greeted with screaming and yelling from a rude obnoxious guy named James. Before I even got out of my car he was yelling at me asking why I would park there and block the door. I calmly explained to him that I was never there and just wanted to find out if I was in the right place. I had no intention of leaving my car there and was only there for 30 seconds. Then I asked him why he was yelling at me and he said he wasn't yelling. I guess reality means nothing these days. He was so abrasive and rude that I wanted to leave right then and there but I had to get my car taken care of so I decided not to leave. HUGE MISTAKE!!! I finally left the car with some other guy that barely acknowledged my existence. I was so upset that I forgot to ask when it would be ready. Another huge mistake because you can't get anyone on the phone in that service department. This is a company vehicle and between myself and my office manager, we called three times later that afternoon just to get a status. We finally got a live person to answer and when we asked him what the status was, these were his exact words - " I think I'll just take the car out back and blow it up." No exaggeration and I have it recorded. Have you ever heard of anything like that before? I buy a new vehicle for my business every 1.5 - 2 years and Len Stoler just lost a customer for life. I will never ever step foot in any of their dealerships again for any reason.Save yourself the terrible experience and go somewhere else. These people are horrible.

I had to bring my car back you had it for 2 days And nothing was done I had to bring it back On Monday Because no work was done on my car Sean said it was already And it was not Got My Mechanic to look at it He said nothing was done This makes people Think about what is being done to their ?

Sales seems to be old school where standards & service seem to be based on if they want to hit their numbers. Parts department was helpfulHaven't used serviceSolid 3 since it wasn't bad, but there's definitely room to improve

Very caring, patient, and extremely professional group of employees. Sarah, Niyah, Melanie , and the body shop guys . Excellent service. Nice hospitality. Coffee, and snacks were awesome. I would highly recommend this place. ??

I went to what used to be Len Stoler Ford in Reisterstown which I think is now just Len Stoler Automotive. I was helped by Roger Davis and John Mullins. These two guys are seriously the BEST! I was initially looking at a Ford Explorer XLT. They tried crunching some numbers, but the payments were too high for my liking. When I was ready to leave, slightly disappointed, Roger asked if i’d consider the Ford Edge. At first I didn’t want to because it was smaller. I am so happy I did. I absolutely love this vehicle! I test drove a Ford Edge ST and ended up buying it. These guys were so kind and super patient with me. They are so great at explaining everything to a T for you in a way you can actually understand. Definitely recommend coming here for all of your car wants and needs and seeing these two!!!

They are one of the worst dealers I've ever met. Two years ago I bought a vehicle with them for less than a year. I have Problem with the transmission. I've taken it to their own mechanics to spend on parts that have nothing to do with the problem and they They keep saying the transmission is fine while I'm driving hard I wouldn't recommend such a disgusting thing to anyone
