I wouldn't suggest them.,For tire work ,way to expensive.$40 just to mount each tire that doesn't include disposing of the tires.After that and taxes your cloes to $200.00

I randomly stopped in on this Sunday 10/27/24 afternoon hoping to have my corroded valve stem caps removed only to find I would need to have two valve stem kits replaced. Thankfully, they were able to take me in immediately and the install was done under an hour and under $50. Thank you Paris Fields for your knowledge and professionalism. I’ll most certainly return to Mr. Tire for future needs. I highly recommend this location.

Courteous staff! I dropped my car off in the morning and I called twice throughout the day to check up on the progress. I spoke to Donavan both times and he was always professional and courteous despite the numerous calls he was answering receiving that day.
I’ve been taking my vehicle to Mr. Tire for several years now and they always do great work and provide great customer service!

I had a 10am appointment for an oil change and i showed up 10 minutes prior, after giving my key to the young woman at the register I sat in their waiting area. After waiting for about 30 I noticed my car hadn't been brought in yet, so asked how long would it be, the young woman replied "about 45 to an hour", so I replied "until its done", she said "no, until they bring it in"?,when I askedwhy so long, she replied there were others in front of me...so, with a 10am appointment, my car isn't brought into the bay for 90 minutes, after that, I waited a another 90 minutes until they're done...I waited 3hrs to get an oil change done with an appointment!...what's the point of making an appointment if they're going to treat you like a walk in?!?!...I'm not happy to say the least and won't be going back!

I have been a customer here for decades, tires & oil changes for all 3 of our cars! They are just going downhill fast. We were not happy with the last time we were here but we thought that we would give them a 2nd chance. This time we went in with the reminder for an oil change for $74.99 which includes a Free Tire Rotation. When I was told the price it was now 119.65 which had 29.99 added for a 4 wheel balance. I said that I buy my tires here with the protection and I was under the impression that that is covered. I was then told that the $29.99 was removed.
When I came to pick up the car I wanted to confirm "We did an oil change AND the tires were rotated"? The response was "Did you ask to have the tires rotated"? I said that we discussed it and that it was in the paperwork that I walked in with! I was then told that if I did not specifically ask for the tire rotation that they would not have done it!!!! FEELS LIKE A LITTLE "BAIT & SWITCH"!!!! After all of these years.... and Valvoline oil changes right next door... why should I spend my money with Mr. Tire. SO I SAY, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I’ve been going to the Owings Mills location for years now, but my recent visit will be my last. The last three times I’ve been there the service was poor. I made an appointment only to be told they don’t have staff. Ok things happen, but that has been a few times and I would wait, but no they can’t do it. Then they try to sell me something I just had done on my previous visit. This made me suspicious of anything they tell me if they’re just trying to make a sale. I get it. I really do, but at least put a little effort to not sell me something I just got done. Most recently the technician walked out to my car, didn’t even know why my vehicle was there only to return with suggestions, for again, things I just had done. Then when I mentioned that, he went and looked. Then was quick to tell me I need it all replaced. Took my vehicle somewhere else and it was repaired. Didn’t need to replace anything. Let’s talk customer service, the guy they usually have as I enter, I haven’t seen him much. He was awesome and professional. Now who they have there sit on their phone and couldn’t care any less when you enter the door. I saw another customer leave too. I don’t blame him. I blame leadership. Do they even have that there anymore? Employees do whatever they want because leadership allows it.
