They do not follow their hours of operation. Before the hoilday weekend they closed an hour before the listed closing time without leaving a note or explaining their holiday hours. Completely unprofessional.

All of the PNC Bank locations are amazing. The people that work there are courteous, kind and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and everyone there can help you with any kind of banking things that you need. Highly recommend all locations.

So I like to learn for myself before judging a place on 12/06/23 I went to this location 7 minutes before they opened. I understand that they open at 9am so I waited. At 9am I pushed the door only for the tall slim guy say can't you wait. They opened at 9am so I was coming in at 9am now I have been waiting for an addition 7 minutes and counting without being waited on despite the fact that I was the first one in the building at the end of writing this it's 9 minutes past 9am and still no help. Keirron is the gentleman's name

The customer service is very poor. I have been waiting for 1 hour to be attended to and only one person is attending and it takes a long time. I better go to another PNC closer to me.
