Isaiah and Kevin made the process of buying a vehicle remotely very easy and comfortable. Kevin was quick to respond even though it was a holiday weekend. We traveled the 3 hours to Owings Mills to pick up our car and were welcomed with smiles and professionalism. The car (a 2023 CPO) was "unveiled" which was a fun and special touch. It was beautifully detailed and looked like new. Isaiah took the time to go over the car features in detail with us. A great experience.

What made the experience was the day I received the call that my car was ready to be picked up. Chris Rolfe, Sales Manager, made sure he went over all the details to ensure the day of the pick up will be seamless. And it was! On the day of pick up, Steven Carstens handled all the details but the whole team, including Chris, was involved in some capacity to ensure a smooth and memorable experience. Supporting local businesses is important and building long term relationships is helpful when the focus is on fairness and excellence.

I did an almost 40 hour round trip drive to purchase a car from this dealership.My sales guy, Kevin was absolutely awesome. Clear pricing, zero surprises and he even stayed late to help me out.I also worked with a younger guy named Cameron who was super polite and professional.Great dealership and staff.

I have to say that I had a fantastic experience with Porsche of Owings Mills. My sales person was Steven Carstens. I didn’t actually see the car in person until I picked it up on delivery day. Dealing with Steven on the phone could not have been easier. I was able to text, Email him or call him and he was extremely responsive. The 911 turbo S that I purchased from them was pretty much perfect and I have to say the entire sales experience was also perfect. The whole process was quick and easy and Steven was extremely professional throughout. I also dealt with Chris Rolfe, the general sales manager. He was also very responsive and easy to deal with. I would strongly recommend anybody in the market for a Porsche should contact them. I’m looking forward to driving this car for many years, and when the time comes to trade it in, I will be back.

Kevin was great throughout this transaction. After an initial on line inquiry we landed on a very fair price for a certified Cayenne and trade value for my car (subject to verification). Very service oriented and we landed in a great spot all around.

I bought a car from this dealership and it was quite simple. Their prices are competitive and fast, easy to communicate with to finalize the deal.I dealt with Chris Rolfe the general manager and Frank a sales rep. Both very good.I highly recommend using Isaiah J to get you set up in the vehicle and familiar with its features. He’s very knowledgeable, detailed and will make sure the car is set up to include good car remotes, maintenance reminders taken care of, etc.

I ordered a new 911 GTS via Steven at Porsche Owings Mills in June 2023. I received an allocation very quickly and Steven walked me through the entire process and made everything extremely easy and effortless! He even checked in routinely to make sure I didn’t have any burning questions. The car arrived this week and upon pick up they went above and beyond to seal the deal and ensure I left with everything I need. Zero pressure sales team and informative when it comes to buying or leasing options. Kevin was patient while I made my decision. Isaiah gave the best new owner overview by far. The team was the most personal and professional than any other team in my car purchase history. Thank you for such a great experience. And to think - I was only stopping by to see if I liked the vehicle - I had plans to visit another Porsche dealer out of state.

Received VERY POOR custom service from service department. My wife arrived at the Porsche Of Owings Mills at 9:30 am only to find out that they have canceled our online appointment without email notification . She was also informed by service advisor name Robert who was extremely rude . First he said let me see if we even have a battery in stock for your Macan . Then he said you have to bring the loaner back by 2pm when service close . We have been going there for years and we were able to return the loaner during sales hours . We were there for just battery replacement . Then he came back we can do a battery for $1000 if you want to do it today . We have been taking BOTH of our Porsches there for 7 years !!! I told my wife to leave Porsche of Owings Mills service and scheduled our battery replacement at another Porsche dealership where good customer service is always practiced.

I have been going to this dealer for some time and am a loyal customer. Unfortunately, they are fraudulent, misled me, and cost me over $6,500 for a repair they did not actually accomplish. I brought my car in because I noticed it was leaking oil- they told me they could repair it by replacing the oil gasket, which would cost $6,000. I agreed because I was nervous about it leaking. I drove the car home after a 3 week repair and that day it was still leaking the same amount of oil. I called to inform them and brought it back in 2 days later, and they then sent me a $16,000 dollar bill for another “leak” they didnt catch. They did not offer any retribution for the missed diagnosis and have lost a customer forever. Terrible, fraudulent activity and I would never ever recommend them. Stay away at all costs.

I live almost 100 miles away and I did not actually visit the dealership until the day of the delivery. I was treated in a very professional and friendly manner and I felt very well taken care of. Kevin made the sales experience “quick, easy and efficient”.Of course, the thing that made it all possible, is that you were able to secure an allocation for me, in the first place.Thank you so very much.
