Horrible customer service if you can stand to sit there for hours and watching the lazy employees joke around with each instead of doing their jobs this is the place for you. If you want good medical care from personnel that treat you with respect avoid this location. Quest these clowns should be fired!!

Professional and freindly service. The kiosk check-in didn't work; however, the tech person was able to check me in manually. She was very knowledgeable in the process.

I went to the office at 23 Crossroads in Owings Mills. Beth was very professional..I had a scheduled appointment and was taken on time. I recommend that everyone make an appointment so they don't have to wait. Very easy to schedule on line or on the phone.

Was turned away today when i wanted to take a drug test. They cut off drug tests at 10:30 but close at 11. There was no one up front when I came and I had to wait behind two people at the kiosk. They need to update their website and say the cutoff is 10:30 am. So ridiculous.
update 1/27: Came back again today and was told they were done for the day. They said they 1pm is cutoff time but doesn’t say anything like that on the website or when i called. This location is a joke.

Staff were very unprofessional, They asked me if I was fasting, I said yes, The results state that I was not fasting and thus inaccurate!
Also I thought CBC tests are part of biometric screening, as it was in last year's results.

6-18-2024 approx 1030am.
This morning I went to Quest as a walk-in for lab work. This is where I always go for lab work. I had no idea that my insurance had changed for this application.
Sorry to say I've never felt so disrespected, by who I assumed would display some professionalism. I was wrong! There was no reason to treat me the way you did. I'm not gonna put your name out there. I will say that maybe you could or should consider the way you treat folks, especially the ones that look like you. Maybe you were having a bad morning, nevertheless I kept my composure, thank God. We have it bad enough out here in this crazy world. Respectfully, had you been a man things might have turned out much differently.
Hopefully, if you get this feed back, you will take into consideration and not be defensive or lean into denial.

Daughter has disabilities. She acts all brave but is apprehensive. Staff is kind and patient.

Do not go here if you have any kind of health anxiety. It's really hit-or-miss, depending on who is working there at the time you go. Off-handed comments about the quality of my blood sample have triggered panic attacks. If you have the option to go to your doctor's office or hospital to get lab work, go there instead.
The positives are that the office is clean, and doing a pre-check-in is easy as they have made most of their process digital.
