OMG, this store has not had any merchandise for over a year. You ask questions, super vague responses. The pharmacy is ridiculous slow. Im so over it. Please just shutter and lock the doors. You're already closed, you just forgot to tell the staff.

Strongly recommend transferring your prescriptions elsewhere before this pharmacy closes permanently. The lack of urgency and poor time management is unacceptable.
Today, over five people were waiting outside at opening time, yet the staff deliberately took their time and didn’t open until 9:06 AM. There are still four people behind me in line at the pharmacy and the staff shows no concern for customers' time. If you value efficiency and reliability, look elsewhere.

This location is HORRIBLE! They need to either get rid of the owner or just close altogether. First they refuse to restock the shelves so half the store empty, then they shorten the hours, now all of a sudden every prescription i get takes 2 days to order when they used to always have them in stock. Utterly ridiculous. I feel sorry for people thar REALLY need their meds the same day. And good luck getting a pharmacist on the phone.

Don’t use the outside if possible!
Slowest pharmacy. Very Incompetent and inefficient use of time.
Took 40 minutes for them to assist me. Clicked the button, they said “please wait for a minute”, gave them 5. Tried again, same response but took several minutes for them to even answer that.
Didn’t acknowledge that they forced us to wait 40 minutes at the monitor (1st in line). Just dreadful. This has happened every time I have gone for medicine.
Find a new spot or go inside

Don't waste your time there's nothing there clearly there shutting down the store no ordering new stuff also the staff is trying to hard to be ghetto like it's part of there job or somthing mam this is county not south baltimore .

This place SUPER SUCKS. Just shut down already. Half the store is empty, so be prepared for at least one or more of the items you came in for to not be there. And the whole time I was trying on reading glasses (next to the pharmacy desk), person after person came in to pick up prescriptions and lost their minds at what they were told (either about the wait or the price or both). I'm talking I heard 5 different people get upset and raise their voices. 2 of them being super extra and making a big scene. Save yourself the frustration and make the longer drive to literally any other RiteAid. SMH

The pharmacy is horribly managed and wait times are ridiculous. You will wait in a long line then will likely need to wait 30-40 minutes for your prescription which is never ready when they say it is. They will call and say it’s ready but you’ll still end up waiting. It’s continued to get worse over the years. Not sure why I’ve continued to come here but today will definitely be the last.

This is worst pharmacy in owings mills. Either they’re hiring untrained individuals or these ppl just don’t care which is not ok. Every single person you speak w tells you a different story about your meds. These folks have to take their jobs seriously! I could go on about the medication discrepancies but they need to be very careful bc lying to patients about their medication as well as availablity of meds can be a life or death situation for some people! Do better!!! Bc when things happen to patients as a result of the pharmacy negligence, the pharmacy can get SUED! You guys need to pay attention bc your playing with ppls lives !

This pharmacy staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. You will call they and get hung up and hear the staff use inappropriate language to talk about customers right in front of them.

I just left Rite Aid the worst experience ever the manager or the lady working 2/16/25 around 2:45pm didn’t want to sell me a theraful I went outside to get my Visa she could use it and gave me a nasty attitude. They should at least be nice and polite. Plus I’m over 21 and she knew that. I’m sick and can’t even buy medicine.

I wish I could give 0 stars i sat in the drive through line for almost 45 minutes while they had my ID and prescription card. Came back and asked I picking up like yes you have all my stuff. Love that the pharmacy is 24 hours but the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. I will be switching to another pharmacy.

First of all hire people that want to be there. Manager on duty on 1/6/25 at 630pm has no business being a “manager”.
Secondly, stock the shelves please. I know Riteaid just went through bankruptcy but this is a complete disgrace.
