I struggle with this pharmacy every month. I continued coming here due to a medication that others pharmacies are continually out of stock of. If it wasn't for their consistent stock of one particular medicine I need I would not continue coming here. I've learned my lesson to not trust the auto texts or mobile pharmacy app updates. I will get auto texts that say my prescription is ready, I'll wait 24 hours, call the pharmacy just for them to tell me they don't even have my prescription. Every. Single. Month.

Super slow. Unfortunately there’s never a sense of urgency here even when no one is waiting for a prescription but yourself. Keep this in mind as you use this location, especially if you are sick and can’t stand long. ( wait time 47 mins despite NO ONE) else seeking prescription,

This pharmacy is a joke. They straight up lie to your face about your prescriptions to avoid doing work. Its disgusting that such lazy and disrespectful employees work at this pharmacy. People should not be manipulated and lied to while trying to get their mediciation. Extremely unprofessional, you all should be ashamed.

We live up the street so this is our pharmacy. The most upsetting thing is they literally never answer their phone. I have called on so many occasions just to find out the simplest answers, and literally no one ever picks up and then it eventually hangs up me....there's been times that prescriptions simply aren't filled because they didn't check their system all day, So I ended up blaming my doctor for not calling in our medicine.

First of all, your lucky if the pharmacy answers the phone.Secondly, hours that are not customer friendly.Thirdly, the pharmacy has a tendency to let your prescriptions expire when on automatic refill. And finally, understaffed with employees that do the bare minimum.I’m done, better Rx options everywhere.

The pharmacist Analpannah took her sweet time to come out to administer the Covid shot despite the long line that formed behind us because she was hanging out instead of doing her job. She also failed to instruct us to stay after the shot for the required observation period. I only happen to know because of my professional background. I only gave two stars because the pharmacist who gave us our first shot was efficient and professional.

Yesterday I stopped into the grocery store and got the first time in a while I had a list that was more than grab a quick item or two. When I was ready to check out is when I saw it. The only line with a cashier was the express 15 items or less. So if you had more than 15 items your only option was self check out. And since those are super sensitive that if you move a bag on that little platform to get another bag, the whole thing starts telling you to put the item in the bag

The managers and most of the cashiers don't charge you the right price for Primo water. They had the nerve to tell me the prices change everyday. The fried chicken is horrible now. They need to go back to the way they cooked it before. The chicken is so big and salty. If you want high blood pressure go to the one in Owings Mills. I gave 2 stars only because the seafood department is awesome!

So I know we should only be coming out to the grocery stores for "essentials" but I'm sure the mayor would agree that ice cream is an essential food . There was no line outside to get in like a few other grocery stores I passed before landing here, but the social distancing signage was all over the place and everyone appeared to be following the rules. I had no problem getting in, securing the dessert and getting out in no time, the longest time was me trying go figure out what flavor ice cream I was in the mood for. The selection was surprisingly plentiful...they knew my heart! So although they weren't my intended destination, stopping in worked out way better than I expected. If you have a sweet tooth, head over they are pretty stocked today 4/12/2020.
