Worst banking experience ever. Submitted an application for a checking account online and I was told there would be someone reaching out 1-2 days. Almost two weeks later there was still no response at all. Called them three times, each time the call center only replied they could only let the specialist know and they would call back. None of them called back. The call center was basically useless and a waste of time.

It’s very unprofessional customer service. Multiple times i’ve called with no reason solution. Overdraft fees even if you keep account updated same day. If I was you, i’d choose another credit union. This one isn’t it!

I recently got an auto loan through them.When I tell you the hold time on any given day, at any given hour is at least one hour and 45 minutes to 3 and a half hours. To top it off , you may get hung up on after waiting on hold that long . Totally unacceptable.

You do not want to bank here. They do not have 24/7 phone service if you call you get a computer that hangs up on you after having you wait a very LONG time. They disable your account if you go awhile without using it and then dont answer the phone to set it right. Left messages on email and it has been days since and still no response. I feel if you have money in a bank it should not take over a week to have contact from them.

Customer service is garbage, they don’t have any care or sense of urgency with any money problems. I had to call several times while someone talked over me and didn’t try to get any resolution. I’m ready to close my account which I’ve had for almost 10 years. The problems don’t stop with them they have deposited money incorrectly multiple times and they soo slow. Officially done with this establishment they don’t care about customer satisfaction.
