I went to saphora after my Christmas because I got ze gift card . I went to get Sal do janaro and they were out of 40!!! AGGGRRRRRHHHHHH. Then I went home vary sad ,bur decided to go back. So days laterrrrr I show up again and still no 40!!! AGGGGGHHHHHHHH.

This Sephora was a mess. Products broken scattered on the displays, trash over flowing, one person designated for check out, shelves empty and not restocked. The line for checkout was all the way back to the front of the store. Will buy online from now on.

The return policy is 60 days for unused product, not exchanges. That’s not a good policy especially since Ulta is your competitors. The makeup application is tricky, once you book the appointment then they start telling you what’s not included. A complete waste of time shopping here!!!!!

This Sephora experience was great, I will drive pass the Towson location to come here! Customer service was great. Everyone was very helpful and nice. The store was very clean, and organized. Best experience!

The floor rep who assisted me ( Angela) was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Once I was ready to check out the other Associate who checked me out was very welcoming. This was my first time at this location and it won't be the last.

I actually LOVE Sephora! You can ALWAYS count on the Ladies to know their craft!They always take the time to match tou perfectly with the right makeup that restores, brightens, and highlights the beauty contours of your skin! I NEVER go anywhere else. It might be a bit pricey, but when it comes to rewinding your skin to 10 years ago, what price is worth the brilliance?!!!Also, you're not ordering from some company online. You can always go back to the store for returns.

Visited this location Sunday and was not acknowledge by the staff that were not busy …. they were just standing on the side watching me as they were bobbing their head to the extremely loud music. I asked for help and was looked at if I had two heads. Thankfully Ulta was around the corner . I’m giving 2 stars because I had a good experience my first visit a few months ago and at least the store is clean.
