A 1 star rating is too generous for this store. The manager in training at this location, Alpheus Pryor, provided sub par customer service and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23+ on 12-01-2023 from a different location. I experienced issues with drop calls and poor sound quality during my phone calls. I contacted customer care and was instructed to go to a T-mobile location to have my phone replaced due to being within the 2 week buyer's remorse window. I was told by the rep that I wouldn't have to pay fee.Today, I came into this location after having issues with the original location not being able to process my request. Despite notations to my account documenting everything I've been experiencing with the phone and the process of having it replaced, Alpheus Pryor showed a complete lack of customer care and attentive listening skills. I informed him and his store representative that customer care would handle any issues with my promotional trade-in and that I just needed yo have my phone replaced. Alpheus stated "I don't care about the phone, I just don't want you coming back here for any issues with the promotion." Alpheus instructed his sales representative to "Document extensively so that she doesn't come back here about the promotion," not only was this rude but he was loud and aggressive about it around other customers. I informed the customer care representative I was on call with during this incident that I didn't feel comfortable trying to get my phone replaced at this location and that I wanted to file a formal complaint against the manager in training, Alpheus Pryor.I have filed a complaint with T-mobile. Good customer service is important and to make a customer feel uncomfortable and show a complete lack of care in regards to their issue is unacceptable. To the manager in training, please know that it would be asinine of you to respond to this review with the stereotypical response that T-mobile cares about customer etc, given how you acted in the store.

Visited store this evening for an upgrade process by the BEST customer service rep LEMUEL. he was helpful, knowledgeable, caring, efficient and very personable. GREAT. EXPERIENCE ?????

The staff in this store made my visit awesome. I appreciate Cosley's enthusiasm and making me feel good about coming into the store. Also I want to give a special thanks to Desmond he was very patience and caring with my many questions and mindful of the phone that meet my needs. If you have any phone concerns this is definitely the T-Mobile store you need to connect with!!

Excellent customer service. We were attended to by Ms Natasha (Tasha) and it was such a pleasure to work with her. Very clear and extremely helpful. We generally noticed the same helpful attitude from other associates as well. I really hope Ms Natasha gets recognized in some way by the management.

Neishma was beyond helpful! I had to transfer 5 devices set up service and add all my T-Mobile perks she walked me through everything from start to finish! I have never had such great service!! We send everyone to this location

Lemuel was great. I left another t mobile store because of poor customer service. This gentleman redeemed my faith in t mobiles customer service. He also demonstrated close attention to detail in the process! Give this man a raise.

Went to the T-Mobile store because they had a promotion where they gave me a Chromebook for free if I signed it up for unlimited data over the 4G LTE/5G Network for two years. I like the idea of having a Chromebook that's always connected to the Internet even when there's no Wi-Fi.I called and spoke to Jasmine. She said they had one in stock and that she would save it for me. I arrived a half hour later. She brought out the Chromebook and set it up for me.It was a pleasant transaction. This is a good T-Mobile store. I recommend it.

I had the very best experience at this t-mobile! I had to go in to verify my identity because whom ever set up my home internet service via chat didn’t do so good of a job. I entered the T-Mobile store in Owings Mills on Sunday January 15th before noon where I was greeted with warm smiles. Tasha helped me I hope I’m spelling her name correctly. She was professional, courteous, and helped me solve my problems. The entire staff was really nice and shout out to Olga as well. If T-Mobile would have sent me a survey on my in store experience I would have given 5 stars, they didn’t, so here I am. Thanks again Tasha ?

Natasha and Aubrey were very rude and refused to help me when I had previously had an appointment made online. I needed to know about how long my phone would take to fix its cracked screen. Barry on the other hand was great and told me that the store had the parts to fix my phone but I would get an email when they were available to see me. At first I did not feel welcome but after Barry's help I was good to go. Thanks Barry for being a good customer representative for Tmobile.
