I was so delighted to had met Julian S at the paint department at the Home Depot - Owings Mills, MD. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained to me the various types, qualities and finishings of interior paints. He certainly made it easier as it was my first experience buying paint and I was feeling intimidated not knowing how to choose. Julian answered all the questions a rookie could have and he also helped me understand a balance color scheme.I left happy with my buckets of the top of the line BEHR Dynasty One Coat Satin paints. Home Depot in owings Mills. I had a hunter fan light fixture come off the fan. John Rice at Home Depot lighting department threaded a bolt through the fixture and replaced some of the wiring. Amazing saved me Hundreds of dollars.

I've come to this location for years and it use to be a nice place to go but it has gone to shit n a barrel.It literally took me 2 1// hours to get help and after that another 50 minutes to pay .I strongly don't recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Literally not one person there cares about anything that you need/want or ask for. Made an appointment a week ago to get countertops done, was told Christine would be in today, turns out she is gone all week, and the guy that was there told me to sit and wait until she shows up! Had two other people just point to another employee to ask them questions and no one even tried to help, just passing me along. This happens every single time I have any question at this store! Trust me, go to Lowes!! It's maybe an additional 5-10 minutes away. Don't waste your time at this store that needs to be demolished

This is another example of how corporate monopolies ruin everything. Zero effort on customer service here. Not a shred of professionalism displayed by anyone I dealt with. I rented a tool for a week starting on a Friday evening. When i wasn't able to get there in time I decided I would pick up the tool Sat morning. on Sat morning I received an email that the rental was cancelled even though I had already paid for the tool. Please support local businesses that actually care about customer service!

Home Depot Owings Mills MD ordered French doors. The doors were damaged on two separate occasions. First order arrices contractor goes to pick up: damaged. Reordered. Second door order arrives: damaged. Reordered.On the third try, HD indicated they were unable to order the doors from the vendor in THEIR SYSTEM and asked me to reorder the door by going to their site and ordering the doors again. Obviously, they refunded the purchase amount.I asked about difference between my order purchase price and the current price. They directed me to inform HD when making the order. Their choice was not to research and demonstrate a willingness to meet a disappointed customer's expectations to salvage reputation but to further inconvenience the customer. 1. Shouldn't HD inspect and ensure the merchandise ordered and delivered is undamaged and secure it in such a manner as to prevent damage. 2. Why can't HD order the product in my case? Wouldn't a better decision been...we are having technical issues but will contact you when we have confirmation of the order.Is this a reflection of HD organizational values? Does the manager need to be replaced?

The only thing that I don't like is they pushing protection plan on items that really doesn't require it. And always they "didn't hear it and now it's too late. Next time" for 4 times now!

Richard in plumbing is fantastic and deserves a raise. Couldn't find anyone else in the store who was helpful in the least. Richard was able to get our special order in for a bone-colored one-piece toilet and handle it easily. I waited to place this review to make sure the toilet came in and wasn't broken on arrival. Home Depot made it easy to take care of this purchase. Richard was also able to assist with ordering a new, internal compactor that is back-ordered but will hopefully arrive soon. Aside from Richard, no one else approached us to assist us. I really hate that stores like this have no one around to assist. Again, Richard needs a raise, he knows what he is talking about and took care of all of our needs.

So...let's start off with the positives...Parking There is AMPLE parking. Just be mindful of the carts and flatbed carts as the parking lot has a bit of a slope. The store is NOT responsible for vehicle damage. StockThere is plenty of everything. All of the shelves (that I saw) were well stocked. StoreThe store was neat and well kept. The floors were clean and free from debris. StaffHorrible!! The staff are milling about but don't appear to be doing anything other than walking from end to end of the isle. I literally watched this happen. When they did stop, they talking about each other not working?!?! Mind you, I am 10-12 feet from them and they aren't even trying to be discreet. Their language was atrocious, sailors on weekend pass would be offended. To top it off, none of them ever offered to help me or even acknowledged my presence as a customer. I will return to this store because they have what I need. But if customers service is even remotely important to you, shop at another location.

Great! I recommend you call ahead to ve sure they had the mower and they did! Mower was in great condition. $27 bucks for a 4 hour use (covers use and damage). Or you can pay $33 for 24 hour use. You do have to put down a $50 deposit. Be sure you have the trunk space if using a car! I had to empty trunk and do some angling. Did the job, cleaned the mower and got back the remainder! Staff was nice and made sure I was getting the right mower for the job! Check to be sure mower works before you leave and inspect for prior damage. ?
