As you can see from my post history, I rarely ever leave reviews - it takes a lot, positively or negatively - for me to comment.I was treated with horrible customer service today (11/9 around 2:00) by the young woman behind the counter. I was returning an expensive pair of headphones and was told by the MFG that all I needed to bring to the UPS store is the label. To be safe, I brought a box I happened to have from a recent Amazon delivery. The box was a bit large, but figured it would be better to bring that than nothing in case I needed it.Turns out, the woman told me that I did need the box. She also said I need to have it taped up next time before I enter the store or I would be charged. Again, the box I did bring was a little large but acceptable for what I needed to ship. I asked if they had some leftover paper I could crumple up to help keep the package inside the box from moving around too much. She said that a SINGLE SHEET of paper is $5. I declined, and said I will find something to help pack it from my car.I was then told that she already scanned my label and that if I leave, it will be cancelled and I would need to have the MFG provide me with a new label. Totally unacceptable…I looked back at some other of these store reviews, and seems like this young woman has been an issue for some time now. She clearly hates her job, which shows through her lack of professionalism and overall demeanor, and yet she’s still there. UPS has to let that one go to avoid further damaging their brand.

They refused items that were packed in the packages they were received in and tried to make me and several others buy boxes. Amazon shipped my item in a clear bag, I brought the item to the store in the same bag with the label still affixed and they refused it. It seems as though the store is trying to get over and make people purchase boxes. I don't have this issue at my local UPS store. Don't utilize this establishment!

I was a little worried after reading reviews of the UPS in Pikesville charging for supplies for Amazon returns, but this location was great. I was in and out in under 5 minutes despite walking into a line. The associate was efficient and friendly and I would definitely recommend using this location.

On 9/23 after leaving Michael's, I decided to go to UPS to send my two packages. Sadly, the young lady who was there obviously did not want to be at work or is just very rude. She explained nothing and when I brought to her attention that the address was not correct as the word seven was not spelled out as it needed to be her quick reply was that it auto corrected to the number. I had never had that happen before and was like but the package may not arrive. Secondly, my correct address was on the package and she chose to use the one in the system instead of asking what was the correct address. She was rude and replied "well that was the one in the system." Third, I was told that UPS would not cover the cost of the gift card because it was under $100 but that was not until I looked at the receipt. Her customer service was horrible! As of today, the package has not arrived. I can only conclude that either the package was never sent since it had a gift card in it or the UPS facility cannot locate the house because the word seven was not spelled out. As I was leaving I said that I will never go to that UPS again because the customer service was horrible and the package has not arrived meaning the person will not receive their gift.

This location refused to accept my pre-paid return. They wanted me to buy a box from them. Stating the box I used wasn't acceptable. Ironic, since it's the exact box the manufacturer used to ship me the item in the first place. Your response is irrelevant and the basis of my complaint. This was not an Amazon return and the store did not ask any questions, they simply turned me away. I was trying to return an item to Sonos. Their instructions clearly stated to use the original packaging if possible for the return. I happened to have that original packaging and attempted to use it. Ask questions and understand what you're customers need next time. A different UPS store was perfectly happy to ship this for me and even though it's a longer drive, they've earned my business.

Business gets handled I suppose, for others…, BUT…they’re a very unprofessional bunch.I was walking in and there were two people outside who had just walked out speaking on the unprofessional behavior: apparently the manager was talking loudly on a personal call while taking customers, and that didn’t sit well. That was my hint that I didn’t take.I walk in there with my newly six year old son wanting to inquire about a UPS mailbox. The manager is smacking some gum (food?) in his mouth speaking to me. Hmmmm….no thanks, but I let that slide. My son was already a little tired and started behaving how little boys sometimes act when they’re just…done.This manager actually busts out, to my son’s face: “oh, behave, or your mama’s going to beat you!” Nah.I immediately address that: “I don’t beat my children.” He takes it further and says “well I don’t have children and I don’t agree!” My child is standing right here, there are other customers here, and he’s doubling down publicly on a stance that is none of his damn business. I tell him again, in a tone that indicates that it’s time to let this go, “I don’t beat my children.” Then, still smacking whatever is in his mouth, he says “well you ain’t gotta announce it though”.Well, aren’t we comfortable? And…he’s the manager. What a casual, home-like environment. ?Then, I STILL didn’t get what I came in for, as their policy (not AT ALL the policy for other UPS stores around here) for UPS boxes is that you have to pay the whole thing upfront for how much time you think you might need. Interesting. And then, this “manager” didn’t even know the policy, calling someone on his phone that he likes to use at work, and that someone (I guess another manager?) called the store back, now on the business phone, which was then handed to me so I could get this very unique UPS box policy explained. She was somewhat crisp on the phone. This is a thing here. Yeah…no thanks.No thanks all around. We leave with nothing accomplished other than irritation and one of the people I mentioned above, when I initially walked in, was outside coming out of another store. He took one look at me and said “and how did that go?”I will not be going back. Not when there are so many other options with employees who have some decorum. No thanks.They get a star for cleanliness and a star for moving that line along. That’s it.

When I arrived, I had a very time sensitive document that I needed to be notarized urgently. I waited 15-20 minutes for a customer in front of me, and then was told the notarizer was going on lunch break around 1:30 pm. I left to get cash, and when I returned around 2:30 pm, I was told that the noterizer had left for the day. This is unacceptable that I was misled, and that my time and gas was wasted waiting on someone who was gone. When I addressed my grievances to the staff after waiting an hour in my car, they were very nonchalant and didn’t seem to care. This delayed a very important document from getting done in a timely manner. I left very underwhelmed and disappointed with the overall professionalism of the staff after my experience at this location. Please do better.

Long line moved VERY slowly!It would be nice if they had a separate line for Amazon returns because they take literally less than a minute to process. Kind of like an express line.Instead, it’s one line for everything, and some transactions were taking at least 15 minutes!. The line went beyond the door and the clerks didn’t seem bothered as they commiserated with some customers, slowing things up even more.Not very friendly at all except when flirting with certain customers.

Have been here numerous times. Today when I walked in, there was a new man behind the counter. He greeted me right away. I waited in line a couple minutes, then was helped by the same man. I did not get his name, but he was very courteous,helpful,and polite. He was African American with tall hair. What a great visit!

I went to this store yesterday for a drop off, I am a regular, my box needed a little tape and I usually tape my box but I forgot to tape it up this time, the gentleman with Afro hair and black bandana tied on his head was extremely rude and sarcastic, didn’t know what he was doing, the young lady with a bun helped me and said she will take care of it for today. Great customer service from her, all that man had to do was tape up the box and tell me to make sure it is taped next time as that young lady said.

I had a document notarized at this store a while back. My attorney contacted me because he could not read one of the witness’s signatures. I called the store about 6 weeks after the notarizing and Julia went out of her way to assist me. She even called and texted several co-workers to figure out who the witness was. This all took place shortly before the store closed. Julia went over and above to deliver amazing customer service. Thank you Julia.

On Friday 5/19 at 2:10 pm a young lady was working (wearing a long sleeve white shirt with Brooklyn in pink letters, she has long dark hair). I was next in line and waiting when she sauntered from the back office and barely acknowledged me. She gestured for me to approach the counter , took my return and handed me a receipt and during this entire transaction, she never uttered one word. This was extremely horrible customer service . I hope that this employee will be offered training in customer service as I've never experienced this before .

Horrible customer service by the female Spanish employee. She threw my overnight envelopes on the counter because her scanner had issues. So I took my envelopes to the red run blvd store where I was treated with respect. The customer service there is great.

I came to this location after getting the run around at the Timonium store. The store manager is nice, friendly, and is definitely customer service orientated. A refreshing change from the Timonium location. The Manager helped explain why my problem couldn't initially be resolved, but gave a solution. I returned after resolving the issue and was greeted with a smile. From now on I am taking ALL my shipping to this location! Thank you SO much!
