Very disappointing visit. As longtime Verizon customer, didn't feel welcome or valued. Customer Service Rep left me and helped another customer. Manager was nice and stepped in, but no effort to resolve my issue. Just left the store. Take the time and go to store in Pikesville. EXCELLENT customer Service...always!

Took 2 HOURS to swap out old phone & set up new phone. Cannot get or make phone calls on my NEW 14+ iPhone. It also gets HOT when it’s charging with the NEW charger.

They practice elderly abuse here. My grandmother had a minor issue with her phone and instead of them telling her how to remedy it, they sold her a new phone. I went back with her to return it and complained to the manager about the issue. He brushed it off and still charged her a $50 restocking fee. Do not allow your elder family members anywhere near here without you or a qualified caretaker.

I honestly don't know how to thank the employees of this store enough. They didn't sooo much time Ruth me. Their customer service went well beyond just providing me with service, they truly cared about my welfare and showed genuine concern. I am forever indebted to these employees. I highly recommend this store,

Oct 26th: I TRIED Fios Verizon for cable TV and regret it emmensely!. On Oct 27th, the tech came to my house set up TV, I already had internet for 89.99/month for almost a year. Verizon TV quality is real bad. Myveriozn TV was set uo bu i home tech on Oct 27th, However, what's really bad is on Oct 28th when they sent signato add adiitonal channel it blew my 75 in TV of 6 month out to a blank screen became blank. I called Verizon immediately, they had a superivisor call me who stated its not their fault and that he could not imagine anything his techs doing to makes that happen. He said, that's crazy, let me investigate and call you back. I havent heard from him since or anyone else at Verizon. STAY AWAY FORM VERIZON FOR HOME TV. THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT MY PROBLEMS, NOR DID THEY TRY TO HELP ME. WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY

I had hopes because it's clearly a flagship store, feels like an Apple store but waited and waited after being checked in. There were other people working but no one came to help us. Told the manager I was leaving. Clearly she didn't care...

Verizon in general - not this store. The company offered $200 in Visa gift cards for signing up for the new Gigabit internet service. Available 60 days after opening account. I received an email saying my rewards are now eligible and to click the link in the email, log into my account, and click the Reward tiles. The Reward tiles are not available even several days after the email and my eligibility date. I have tried calling, chatting and wasted a couple hours. Chat cannot help and the ridiculous Verizon phone tree cannot get me to a live person with at least a 3-digit IQ. The customer service contact processes SUCK!!!!!!!!!

Came here to dispute and discuss bill items that were not normal. Wanted to speak with a person directly and not customer service over the phone. Also had some phone questions -- issues and new phone questions. Luckily Brittney was the person ready to assist us. She's a manager at the store, very friendly and very helpful and made a suggestion with regards to the phone issue to switch out the SIM card, which was not something I had thought of previously to fix the problem at hand. Got some general recommendations for 5G phones, and specifics and why her choice was one based on seeing limited customer problems or returns. Gave me food for thought. On a side note, this Verizon store was well set up with social distancing signs all over the floor and various stations with plexiglass set up for assisting customers with needs. Highly recommend asking for Brittney if you are having issues and need a smart, confident, helpful, and friendly person helping you with your problems and needs.

Worst customer service around. One of their largest stores around and only two people working the store during peak hours. The line was very long and no one came to check anyone in or explain the wait. Waited two hours for service. This is the worst Verizon store I've ever been too. Avoid at all costs.

I've been to this location twice, last summer to upgrade to the 8 plus and then yesterday to get a box to return my 8 plus. Each time my customer service interaction has been quick and efficient (the store was never packed when I visited which may have helped). I normally do everything online but since I upgraded at the apple store the system did not prompt a trade in request which caused me to have to go to the store. The associate was able to provide with a box to put my envelope in and also printed out the labels and advised that I could take it up the street to the fedex store. I wouldn't mind visiting this location again for assistance.

Horrible service via phone. I wanted to believe the reviews were wrong ... but they weren't. The sales rep was trying to help and then when we realized that the online rep had screwed up, he threw up his hands and went ghost. I purposely will not call him out because he really did try to help. Verizon finally resolved my issue after 6 hours!! Ridiculous and wasted my time. Can't wait to move my service away from Verizon. A joke of a company. Not to mention piss poor reception. You have to do better Verizon!

John & Joey are completely unprofessional!! Joey signed me in while he's assisting a customer. Myself & my friend used the facilities while waiting to be assisted. Two customers left & we patiently waited for someone to call for us. Unfortunately, 5-10 additional minutes passed & John & Joey (who we're not assisting a customer did not tend to us). My male friend alerted them of my needs & desire to purchase a new phone, but was told they were dealing with "an issue", on their iPads. When he informed me of their response, I said I would try my bubbly charm to receive proper service, yet I was told the same dry & rude response of "we are dealing with an ISSUE"! Both John & Joey held badges that read "managers", so I felt it would be a waste to ask for a manager. Toni (a customer specialist) tried to interject but at this time Joey was threatening to call the police after I told him he was a "waste". Both John & Joey we're unprofessional, as they refused to assist an in-store store versus an online."virtual" issue, which I pointed out. I repeatedly stated in store money is guaranteed while online purchases or a similar issue are not. Joey & John should not have manager status nor should they work in the field of customer service. If anyone is wondering I have a Masters degree in Communications & have worked in television across the country including WJZ & WMAR here in Baltimore. If a regional manager is reading this please replace Joey & John ASAP! Best,

I consider myself a pretty patient and forgiving customer however the service at this Verizon was too terrible. The wait wasn't too bad, around 15 minutes. However, unless there is a rule in which the Verizon staff are not allowed to talk about the features of their phones and I don't know about it, I found it extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional that the woman "helping" us refused to run through the salient differences between the three phone models I was considering. While I know that "every thing is listed online", and people have different priorities. it can be helpful to learn about what are the MAJOR, important, and most noticeable differences rather than being told "it's all personal preference."
