FANTASTIC experience here. John was friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. He was very patient while I looked at multiple vehicles. Revel in financing was also wonderful. This is my 3rd review edit since having bought my 2020 xc90 Momentum from Koons on the 22nd of September. I had some concerns because the car I bought popped up with a few issues that one would not expect from a certified Volvo. I spoke with our sales person Tommy and was assured that my issues would be fixed.When the day finally came to get my car picked up, I was given a 2023 XC90 loaner car which was nice. Unfortunately the repairs for my car took 5 days and some of my issues with the car coming off the lot still remain. I bought my CERTIFIED Volvo at night, but come the morning, I saw 2 rather minor dents...but dents none the less.I had to wait longer for my car because there was corrosion on the wire harness on the driver's side which was said to be the cause for my right door lock not working. The lock, 3 vents and were repaired, but come to find out that whomever serviced my car forgot to replace the rubber stripping and now when I drive on the high way....theres a slight whistle and the possibility of water getting back into the door and the wire harness.Currently I'm in correspondence with my sales person and there seems to be some disagreement about what was said, but if im honest....when a person buys a CERTIFIED Volvo, these issues should not exist...and if they do, they shouldn't continue to exist after getting your car serviced.I really like this car, but between the issues driving off the lot and after the repair im not sure who is at fault. Is it Volvo for saying a car is certified with issues, the dealership for not checking the car before they sold it, or the service department for not adequately repairing my car and returning it to me.As a Saab Owner, this is very disappointing as I really wanted to make a seamless transition from one Swedish Car to another.I've written Volvo Corporate and they said they would contact me this morning, but haven't done so thus far....which only exacerbates my frustrations and worry.I'm frustrated beyond belief and about ready to write Volvo, Koons and the BBB.The emails are starting to feel contentious as if im bothering them for making complaints about errors on the car that shouldn't be....but if im gonna spend a lot of money on a car and buy its extended warranty...I expect the quality they marketed when trying to sell the car. This car isn't feeling like new...its feeling like I got this car from Carmax and not the dealer.

Wonderful experience purchasing my car!! Tommy was one of the best car sales people I had ever worked with. He was super knowledgeable about the cars I was looking and and worked really hard to find exactly what I wanted in my budget. The entire staff was welcoming, flexible and accommodating. I will 100% be back for my next car.

Let me start off by saying hands-down our sales representative John was one of the most informative car sales reps that I have encountered. He was skilled proficient and an expert with all things Volvo .I was looking for a car for my son who had just recently had a rod blowout in engine. We decided to go with the Volvo S 90 T6 inscription. We lucked into having John as our sales representative and boy Did he not disappoint. Every last detail we wanted to know, was describe to us. He was not pushy, or just trying to make a sale. He was genuine, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He was even excited to see and be there for my son’s reaction to this awesome new vehicle. I recommend asking for John when looking for a Volvo or any vehicle at this location this is not the first time I’ve been to Volvo. Buying a vehicle and I will come back because of the experiences I have had in the sales department.Sara

John Demartino and Rovall are the Jedi Masters of car knowledge, the maestros of good vibes, and the champions of customer care when it comes to the Koons experience!I used to be a die-hard Toyota fan (a Toyota STAN, if you will) until destiny intervened with a seductive little number I spotted on Carfax. So, here I was, contemplating a road trip from Rehoboth Beach to White Marsh, and let me tell you, it was a no-brainer once John fired up his personalized video and gave me a virtual tour of the Volvo.After a 3.5-hour drive and a seamless experience with the Koons team, I proudly declared the certified XC40 T4 R-Design as mine. John, the encyclopedia of all things Volvo, went above and beyond, patiently walking me through every spec and feature, leaving no stone unturned. Transparency? They practically invented it for out-of-state buyers like me.You know how some car salesmen can be "weird" and pushy? Not here. Speaking with Rovall and John felt like chatting with old friends. They made me feel right at home in the world of Volvos. ?A massive shoutout to the Koons team for being stellar. Thank you so much for everything you do for your customers. I've already set a calendar reminder for my next Volvo adventure in the future, and you better believe I'll be back.FEAST YOUR EYES on this beauty.

Best car buying experience we ever had. Kevin was great, as was the rest of the team. Trade-in was very fair and helped seal the deal for us. Sales floor was clean, neat and roomy. Especially like the big window where you can see your car being worked on. Maintenance shop was also clean and neat, which shows pride in their work and gives you confidence about bringing your car there for service.

Working with Gary Harris today to get the car that I love was a breeze. Gary reached out to me through text messages and emails since the first time I inquired about their car dealership sometime in June. Gary was never too pushy in all of our correspondence, patiently waited until I was ready to purchase. It took me 4 hours from the first time I set foot at Koons until I drove home with the car of my choice. Gary took time to answer all my questions, dealt with me (along with my sister and niece) diligently and pleasantly, and gave me all the opportunity to test drive the choices that I had. Raval, the finance Director seamlessly processed and explained all the options when it comes to financing.Overall, my experience was great at Koons Volvo at White Marsh. Thanks Gary for the great service and making the process really smooth.

Mike was an awesome sales representative at Koons Volvo. He helped me set up the purchase of my certified preowned Volvo XC90 Recharge. Claron was also super helpful. They made sure all my questions were answered and everything was set up for me. Would definitely recommend Koons & their staff!

As an out of state buyer, ⭐️Product Specialist Lexi Funari⭐️ and General Sales Manager Claron Etherly made my buying experience a breeze! I was coming out of a lemon ? situation with another manufacturer and their patience, knowledge, and understanding put my mind at ease from start to finish. Lexi was very thorough with providing me vehicle information before I made the journey to the dealership. They arranged and paid for transportation from the airport to the dealership and were ready to go when I arrived. I truly can’t thank them enough!

EFFICIENT! That is how I would describe my experience. I contacted Koons to inquire about, and possibly purchase, an S60 and the dealership was prepared to handle the sale over the phone and email since I live over 3 hours away. When we arrived at the dealership the following weekend to pick up the vehicle, Sarosh Dastur was waiting for us with all of the paperwork ready to go. Took a quick test drive and finalized the sale. It was my second purchase from this dealership (bought an XC60 in 2015). I am super pleased with the service, follow up and preparedness of the sales people. Great decision to look to Koons for our newest vehicle.

Really unfortunate as I had a good initial experience with this dealership. Once I bought the car, though, that is when the service stopped. I moved, and now they do not even bother to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails. Ghosted!

All I wanted was an A/C blower replaced, instead they sent me a $4640, 3 page letter telling me that I needed all kinds of bs repairs! I needed my tires rotated but my tires are only 3 weeks old! I needed a new battery but my battery is only a year old, I needed new wipers but there's nothing wrong with the wipers when it rains, I needed a repair for my sun roof but I never had a water leak from my sun roof, they were trying to rip me off left and right!This place is a rip off. I will tell anybody and everybody not to go there. How was the customer service? The guy with the mustache an beard had a permanent bitch face, was rude and uninterested about my required questions regarding the repair.He was just nasty and he had body odor.Don't go to this place, is just not worth it.They will rip you off and treat you like you're a piece of trash
