Wegmans always comes through for me when I need to cater a company dinner party!! The fried chicken and Herb stuffing were big hits! It's so convenient they can take catering orders within the day 12-24 hours in advance.

The store manager at this location is far less conciliatory than the store manager at Hunt Valley, where we shopped for years. Recently, we had a very long unecessary delay in making a purchase at an associate's register. The associate had difficulty in processing coupons, made multiple attempts, failed while the customer line behind us grew, then called over someone who turned out to be an assistant manager. He was unable to complete the purchase transaction, and asked us to come to Customer Service. We are customers investing our valuable time shopping and making a purchase. We balked at that and requested to speak with the store manager. The assistant manager should have been able to correct the issue at the associate's register. What's the difference between a register at Customer Service or at the line register. It's a register, right! The stoe manager was polite and unconciliatory. Apparently, the only time that matters is Wegman's time, not the customer's. We were upset at our experience, informed the store manager of that and left the store still upset with no purchase. Instead we headed over to Giant Food, where we received wonderful line register customer service. Our understanding is when a business provides customer service, they should never have a customer leave the store upset. We were upset at Wegman's inability to process a transaction at the register. And, we left the store upset because of the poor discretion of its store manager to offer any compensation for the unnecessary delay for us to spend more time at the register for check-out than our time spent shopping products in the store. Wegman's and its store manager failed miserably in providing reasonable customer service as far as we are concerned. Our advice is to reconsider shopping Wegman's and shop elsewhere. There are plenty of grocer alternatives in Owings Mills.

Apparently this particular wegmans does not cater to handicap persons ~ they almost NEVER have electric shopping carts. I've asked ~ they have 6. There are more than three dozen handicap spaces. The other wegmans stores in the general vicinity all have at least a dozen of these carts; I don't understand the owings mills wegmans!

My experience at Wegmans today was horrible, they had barely anything in stock, the customer service was crappy, and I didn't feel wanted there. Although their food is always pretty good, I felt like their is more traits needed to make a successful market such as, customer service, many employees on the job, a clean store, up to date products out, and pricing. I lastly said pricing because I feel like Wegmans is overpriced. Wegmans is a great store but they have a lot of bad days.

Who doesn't LOVE Wegmans?! I mean, really. And this is a busy one! My girl and & stopped through while running errands. Since I moved there's not really a store that's close to me. So when I come across a Wegmans, I shop! They have the BEST frozen vegetables! Prove me wrong. Their frozen mushrooms are the bomb.com. And I'm a mushroom connoisseur! Their frozen spinach is the best, and they have such a variety of frozen veggies you wont find anywhere else. Their quinoa kale patties are scrumptious. I could go on and on. Oh yeah, the reason I came, their frozen jasmine rice rocks! AND, I love that they layout is the same in all the stores! Wegmans rocks. This one was packed. So, if it's like this all the time, pack your patience.

Today we went to Wegmans for lunch will a group of special needs individuals. One of them purchased a pizza combo w/ drink which cost $8 and change. We went to the cashier in the Market place to pay for the meal. I informed the young lady we wanted the meal deal with drink. She rung up the order and we paid but she didn't give us a drink. When asked were was the drink she said we didn't ask for it and she suggested we go back to the pizzeria to let them know. I asked why should we if we told you and you didn't ring it up. Three other customers heard us say we want the meal deal w/ drink. We eventually had to pay for the fountain drink separately. Afterwards 2 of the customers came to our area and informed us the cashier continued to talk about the matter negatively towards myself and the gentleman. At no time neither party as disrespectful. We just wanted to be compensated for her error and not ours. Wegmans is a very good store, I just had poor customer service on this particular day. I wish more people understand and respect people with special needs because clearly this young lady didn't care.

Love Wegmans. Whenever I can't find something I need at Aldi they always have it. Plus the Wegman brand products are great and super affordable. Plus they have the good ice.

I am a regular shopper at this store. I have never been a fan of their customer service, but I am used to the store and the isles. Their prices are a little bit better on groceries. However, yesterday, I did my usual shopping and when I got to the cashier to pay, she asked me if I was okay with paper. I said sure, are you out of plastic? She said that they no longer use plastic, which I think is great and I let her know that. I asked when this change took place and she said that it's been a week (which is the last time I was in the store). I said that's great, but then she said that they are now charging $.5 cents per bag. That was so wrong in this economy when people have to choose between food, gas and medicine. That isn't much, but it is the principle! I asked how they let people know and she said the had a sign and pointed to it on plexiglass. I advised her that I understand this is not her fault, but this is totally wrong. There should have been a sign on the vestibules of the store. She and the person bagging were highly defensive and behaved in an unprofessional manner. No surprise for a store where I had a manager ask me if I needed a step stool after I had to stand on the ledge of a freezer case to reach something while he looked at me and laughed. Their customer service is poor at best and many of the employees have a bad attitude, like this person.

I love Wegmans! They always have a variety of food from exotic fruits and veggies to the finest cuts of steaks to unique cheese selections and so much more! My favorite is their freshly made sushi and when in a pinch for dinner their rotisserie chickens are always good. Their pharmacy is one of the best around and they never have you waiting a long time for your prescriptions. Customer service is A+ at Wegmans. Love this grocery store!

This is a great store! I come here from miles away on the bus for the good prices at Wegmans Owings Mills. The prices are mostly lower than at Giant. I can't avoid this store. And to top it off Wegmans foods originated in my home town.

So just finished shopping food and freshness good. Service at register 11 she was rude and did not know how to pack the groceries correctly did not pack cold things in cold bags. She didn't even finish packing I had to finish packing all she cared about was getting off in an hour. Should have gone to the Wegmans in Cockeysville.

We're new to Baltimore and the East Coast, and we just made our first trip to Wegman's to shop. I'd been hearing about it since we moved here, and we finally made the trek from Hampden. The store is huge (it reminded me a little of HEB from back home). The produce section was kind of a bummer (lots of things sold out and some didn't look great), but the store made up for it in other areas - sushi, meat, cheese, bakery, etc. (We had plans to go out to dinner but stayed in for dinner after we saw their sushi department - so many choices and the fish looked so fresh!) It was fun to shop here. They have a random miniature train in the air above the dairy section?! Other than the produce section (might have just been a bad day/time), the store impressed. It's a little far for us to go for our regular shopping. But I'll happily return to shop here again as a treat!
