Yesterday Idropped off a router I had picked up from my son's apartment. He has been stuck in a war zone for weeks and unable to return and close out the account. The agent who assisted me (Ryan, I think?) was so incredibly sensitive and asked about my son's welfare. That was totally unexpected and made my day. I've told family members to patronize this store. Thank you!

This is directed to the main 1-800 Comcast/Infinity customer service and techs. Firstly, the reps on the weekend can barely speak English. Their troubleshooting is for the birds. It was frustrating dealing with them. Secondly, had to wait 3 days before getting a service appointment. Gave me a window but technician never showed up day of. They harass you with numerous phone calls and emails prior to the appointment to confirm and make certain you’ll be home but then they don’t show up. Kept telling me he’s coming but never showed 2 hours after the window. Probably slacked off for the day. What’s the point of scheduling if they don’t show up? Demanding a credit for the days I went without service. Absolutely hate dealing with Comcast! They charge you an arm and a leg for cable service, the least they could do is show up for appointments! Horrible!

Some reason 5 years later they still can’t service my area bc we live in the “woods” but you’re on our private road fixing your lines wherever the neighborhood besides us needs it…this is so frustrating

I came in to return an old modem for my daughter, who recently moved into a new apartment. The return was accepted, but when I checked the receipt, I noticed it listed the last 4 digits of the **new account** instead of the **old one** — raising a red flag in my mind, since we all know how quickly fees pile up if equipment isn't returned within 30 days.
When I asked for clarification, the employee at the counter couldn’t explain it and was **rude** when I expressed concern. Thankfully, I asked to speak to the store manager, **Ray Kearney**, and he completely turned the experience around.
Ray listened carefully, let me explain my concern without rushing me, and genuinely cared about making things right. He even signed the receipt to reassure me that the return would be credited correctly. You can tell he takes real pride in helping customers — a rare quality these days.
**Five stars to Ray** for his professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving. **Zero stars to the original rep** for lack of courtesy and knowledge.

Couldn't help me with my issue. Did t even try. I spent many hours on the phone over the span of 2 months trying to get it resolved. To date, it still isn't. They have no customer service. I will be suing them to get my money back.
UPDATE 07/31/2024
I used the link the owner of the store provided me and they held me on the chat for over two hours after they knew who I was and they said they were going to read the file. Still no resolution.

Comcast is the worst cable company ever. I have had cable with many different companies since 1980 and Comcast is the worst. They're the only carrier in the town where I live. Damn they suck

My experience was the worst I ever had in any store I have been in the employees in the xfinity store in owings mills were really unprofessional about 5 employees did nothing but just stand around making a bunch a noise laughing.When I first came into the store a black gentleman started to help me but then an older black lady needed help to pay her bill on a machine in the store so he rudely just left me to help her out and never came back to help me. I am a short white lady and I was just left standing there till this lady came to help me and I told her I think my phone has a virus but instead of helping me she said if your phone has a virus I can't do anything about it but she didn't even look at my phone to see what was wrong with it all she did was try to get me to leave the store

Errol was my customer service representative, and he was amazing from beginning to end he explained every step of the way, I would give him 10 ? if I could, He took care of my technical stuff I never left a finger,if you in Owings Mills go see him

The workers in this store are all dark-skinned and are rude to Latin Americans. He also left me talking alone and went to talk to another co-worker: 4/2/24 2:40 pm.
On the 4th I went back with my modern to see if they would help me and he said nothing to me. It has to be customer service. I told him that I had already talked to them many times and they told me that they couldn't help me but that I should go to an xfinity store and that they had to help me. with the problem of my modern that it did not catch the internet, and the man who attended me from the beginning looked like he was in a hurry as if I was running away and I told him that since he didn't care as a customer I decided to cancel the service, the majority of people in this store are rude to Hispanic customers that's not fair.
This week I be twice time at this store and the first time they did not help they said system broke, and yesterday 7/12/24 6:20 pm I was there again and the guy told me if not pay can not help you I was asking for transfer PIN number but he's saying we don't have internet for help you, this store has very badly costumers service, why you guys are like that with the hispanish costumers please.
At this store if you are African Americans you are welcome, but other races please think twice before you go to this place.

Useless customer service representive. No help. Did wrong order. Ignored my concern's. Will never go back. 2nd time at this store. Useless people. Please don't go here. So very disappointed. 0* stars if I could.
