“Ok so the only reason I continue to patronize this place is because of Omar (the Mgr) and Mike (sales associate). They both are friendly, helpful and professional. What I don’t like is the ghetto behavior that’s exhibited at the front counter. Courtney, the dark big butch looking chic at the front counter needs a serious attitude adjustment. She is very rude and is very unprofessional, I have experienced her in person and via phone. She talks over you, puts you on hold without letting you know, keeps you on hold, talks as if she doesn’t wishes to be bothered, speaks like she is on the street somewhere, etc. that thing there has some bad negative energy. I have heard about her behavior from others.”
