An employee Left a sensor on my bag. I didn’t notice it until I wore it out recently and went shopping. I went into Saks and the alarm went off I was detained by security because they thought the bad was stolen

Very very poor service as if she got disgusted by us entering the store. Never helped and welcomed us. She was always on her phone or in the storage room. And when we asked about a price of a bag she would have gave us her back and whispers the price. Her name was Gabrielle and I really do wish some action is made.
