So slow , lady with the dreads running the show just taking her sweet time , asked her question she acted if i was speaking a foreign language she needs help

The Tech was indifferent and annoyed, however she handled the actual procedure with extreme care, what was upsetting was her attitude and the fact that she was not willing to be as helpful as she could being as though it was my first time there. I arrived and was very confused with the process. There was a guy outside of the door ahead of me who was also frustrated so in being there for about 15 mins or so with no one present for instructions I finally heard on the teleprompter that check-was needed on the Kiosk 15 mins after being there so I walked over and attempted to check in and wouldn't you know it the screen says your (10 mins late for check in you will need to reschedule) so I believe the man also saw the screen and (said damn I'm not coming back up here again) and then he walked out, so I begin to call out to someone anyone because neither of us knew this so, the tech then open the door with an unsettling look (I said yes hello excuse me but I was unaware that I needed to check in on the kiosk I do apologize). She then stated (well that's the only way that I would know you are here) she had no one in the office and told me to have a seat(I do appreciate that she still took me). I sat down carefully and gently drawn my blood and then said (that's it) so confused a little still I walked out...but then came back to as if I should wait for paperwork as I was entering an elderly woman came out of the room with her and while the door walk still open I said excuse me I have a question. And she said nothing and proceeded to slide the door closed and didn't answer so another young woman entered the office to wait so as she used the kiosk to sign in I waited because the Tech would have to open the door again. The Tech opened the door in about 10 mins so I said again excuse me should I wait for the paperwork (she snap back quickly NO everything will be sent to them) and she calls the young woman's name allows her in and slides the door closed she says a few words to her behind the closed door and they both began to laugh historically. (I found nothing amusing with her demeanor) I wouldn't be returning to this location it's unfortunate that I will have to travel out of my way for better customer service and support.

Went for a blood draw and after a week no test results. Called to ask and they said that it was on hold because of blood drawing difficulties. No one told me on the day of blood draw of any issues or if I had to come back. Completely unreliable.

Arrived a few minutes late but the young lady with the beautiful blond Locks was so gracious. The whole process took about 10 minutes. Great Customer Service!

My first time in this laboratory and it is a disappointment. The employees are bitter and foul-mouthed. They treated my husband poorly. I will not return to that place.

slow and inconsiderate. will have you waiting instead of notifying that they won't be able to see you in a reasonable amount of time. have time to laugh and talk, but not perform their job in a timely and efficient manner.

Avoid this location if you can't wait a few hours. So slooow here. There is only 1 person drawing blood but others in the back. Worst Quest ever. I'm probably wasting my time writing this because nobody really cares here.

Made an appointment to be told upon arrival, that service is not available after 3:00pm. Made a second appointment and upon arrival was told, their systems were down. I recommend calling the center before taking a trip.

Taking an hour off for lunch is a good way to turn working people away from your clinic. Whoever came up with this idea does not have a mind for business.
