Don’t get rx sent here. My rx was sent in 12pm, I’m here and it’s 5:05pm and I still have to wait for my rx and still waiting…yea I’m here until 5:26.

I've never had so many issues with a CVS as with this one. My doctor ordered a common medication one week ago and it was to be taken ASAP after a surgery. They have taken more than a week to get it in. They tell me they've ordered it but I can't believe this common medication would take this long. Other CVSs I went to before had it within a day or two maximum. And I've had this issue with this pharmacy for other meds but I was patient because those were less common. This one. This one is inexcusable. Are they mishandling prescriptions? Mishandling controls substances? There seems to be no other reasonable explanation. The person I spoke to on the phone said it wasn't her department to know about the orders and when things would come in. Well then whose department is it?Honestly, it's a pain to switch pharmacies. But I'm going to have to. I don't know if it's the store manager, pharmacy manager or someone else who is responsible for the mis-management here, but someone is responsible.

They serve poorly, very poorly, too much time is wasted waiting and even though it is full of people waiting to be served, those who work in the pharmacy don't care, they continue on the computer and forget about the people we are waiting for. Bad, very bad service, like you go looking for free medicines, in my case I pay for my health insurance and my medications and these people think that you go to that place to ask for charity. ??????

The pharmacists are quite rude. I called to ask about an issue I was having with my medication and was told the pharmacist was busy and didn’t have time for me. These are patients you’re dealing with!

The pharmacy department is the WORSE!I’ve gone here for quite sometime and before there were no problems with this pharmacy.However, since the pharmacy down the street (Seat Pleasant on MLK) closed and the pharmacy staff switched out, it has gone down hill. There’s always a wait and I’m talking people waiting down the entire aisle. In fact, on more than one occasion there’s been two people behind the pharmacy and only one person attending to customers.To add insult to injury, the pharmacy staff is just right down rude, unfriendly, and just UNPROFESSIONAL!Thankfully, I found another CVS about 2 1/4 miles from my home and will start shopping there.

Man I absolutely hate this place. The people who work in the pharmacy do everything! Besides their job! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It is NEVER smooth sailing when picking up any prescriptions, this place is across the street from me but I hop on the bus and go a couple miles down the street to get my medicine because I cannot deal with these animals.

- the pharmacist are very rude and disrespectful the wait time is so long that most of the time i try to get my prescriptions mailed to me but overall the store is somewhat nice I’ve been going for years i really wish that they hired more professional people but they aren’t ….
