“I was surprised by this little privately owned pharmacy located near my home in Phoenix Maryland. The service was quick, no waiting in long lines to be served, everyone was polite, and prescriptions were filled in a timely fashion. Best of all, when I needed to speak to the pharmacist, I was connected almost immediately after speaking to a real person! The gift shop has high-quality items as well as the usual tchotchkes. I really like this place and have transferred all my Rx's to it.”

They make sure I get the best price available and sort out why insurance isn't covering and resolve things so that they are. Efficient service with both prescriptions and vaccines. “I had a great experience. My prescription was transferred from CVS after 3 hours of waiting for them to fill it. It was filled by the time I got there (about 30 minutes later). The lady at the counter, Jenn, was very nice, quickly pulled my prescription, had some quick chit chat and I was on my way.”

Heather at the counter was very nice and very personable. You could tell she really enjoys her job and she keeps the store organized and clean. She takes pride in it. “I switched here from the pharmacy across the street and wish I had done it sooner. They may not have the newest technology, but they make up for it with great customer service. One time I came in and realized I forgot to request a refill, and they handled it right away in about a minute. Always friendly and very quick; highly recommend.”
