“Lock's is my go-to towing partner. I have a couple of Jeeps plagued with issues that have left me stranded on lonely country roads in the woods, to 695 at rush hour, and beyond. They are always responsive, and have at times, bent over backwards to help me, such as picking up my son who dropped a vehicle for maintenance (I was supposed to pick him up), then dropping my Jeep at the garage I indicated, then providing a ride home for me and my son (we live close by). I can always count on Lock's to be fair, timely, and professional!”

“Road Dog came to the rescue when I got a flat on a Sunday night. Good communication, quick service, reasonable price. When I called, he was finishing up with another customer, but he was still able to come out to my car in less than an hour. He took the old tire off, came back with a new tire (well, it wasn't a brand new tire but it was in excellent condition / barely used), put on the new tire, I paid him, and that was it. I really appreciated having everything taken care of that Sunday night so I didn't have to take off work to figure it out on Monday morning.”
