“Today was Black Friday and I was looking for a good deal on a queen size, soft mattress for my daughter. We had visited another reputable place and they wanted over $2000 and that did not include the box spring. They claimed they didn’t offer any specials because their prices were already the lowest — lies!! We went to Mattress Firm in Dundalk with hopes of finding something comparable. Kim, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store as well as what was online! You could tell she’s had years of experience. She asked what our needs were and kept us well below budget. I didn’t even need to finance!! We were even able to get an adjustable base for the same price as a split box spring! Not only did we get a great mattress that has a 93% satisfaction rating, but we also were able to get same day delivery. She far exceeded our expectations and we are so glad we didn’t go with any other retailer!! This is my second time getting mattresses from this store and they have never disappointed!! Please stop by their store if you are in the market for a new mattress!! Ask for Kim!!”
“This was my second time going to Mattress Firm to purchase a mattress for my son (first time was for my other son). Both times, the selection has been decent in our low-to-mid price range. I had the same sales manager both times and he was knowledgeable and patient while my sons tested beds. I most appreciated that the manager was the right amount of attentive but not pushy and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. We’ll also get the mattress is less than 1 week. I didn’t research mattresses or prices so I can’t say how they compare, but I recommend this location for great customer service.”

“of all the stories ive reviewed not show how IKEA is the one that slipped through the cracks! I am in this location about as often as I visit target and with the same mantra.. I go and wander and let the store tell me what I need. I love that i can walk through the show room and get inspiration without a lot of staff hounding me or I can use the app to add the items i need to my cart and go right to them in the self service area. I havent tried the click and collect so I cant talk much to that. Generally the staff are helpful if you need them and back off if you dont which is nice in this type of store. I have been re-doing my closet so Ikea has been seeing a lot of me lately and even without buying everything from the same system i still managed to have a very cohesive closet system!”

“We have purchased soft sided water beds directly from the manufacturer United States Water Mattresses since the late 1980's. Hands down the most comfortable bed that you will ever sleep on. We recently purchased our third cover, new foam rails, and memory foam top as our last set up lasted 25 years. We had replaced the bladder eight years ago due to a move and not wanting to put in storage.It is not often that you get to speak with the owner of a company. Iftakir Malik was extremely knowledgeable and informative of the products that he manufactured and a non-aggressive salesperson pressuring us into a decision. We had several phone calls over the span of a couple of weeks until we made our decision with the memory foam top. He even offered to send us samples. Once the order was placed, We were sent tracking notification and a copy of the charge invoice as well as an email with his personal cell phone number telling us if there were any questions with disassembly of the old and set up of the new to call. Everything arrived in great shape and timely. We set the new bed up.Seven months later I unzipped the top to add conditioner to the bladder and noticed the memory foam top had a crack in it. We notified Iftakar, sent photos and he responded immediately. He emailed the foam manufacturer cc ing us. A new memory foam top was sent to us at no cost timely and under warranty. A pre paid pick up is being sent for the defective one for evaluation as to what went wrong.We have never experienced such awesome customer service before with any product. Most companies say " Oh this is the first time this has happened" and put you through heck to even get a warranty on their product if you can get one ! We give US Water Mattresses the highest of ratings to do business with in manufacturing the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep on and sold by the best customer service you will ever see.Seriously!Lisa and Patrick”
