“The store has a nice collection, but the layout inside felt slightly cramped, making it hard to explore comfortably during peak hours. A staff member eventually guided me through different sofa styles and helped compare sizes for my apartment. I liked that he was honest about what would fit and what wouldn’t instead of just trying to sell the biggest item. Delivery was on time and installation was quick. Nothing was damaged, but I wish the store had more space for easier browsing.”
“I walked in unsure of what I wanted but was met by this angelic woman named Gelic. From the moment I walked in she made the whole purchasing experience a joy! She showed me what she knew I wanted but also made sure I got everything I wanted at a reasonable price with options!! She went above and beyond to make sure my son and I had the best mattress with the adjustable beds I wanted! She told me about options I didn’t even know and saved me a ton of money!! I wish I could take her with me she was so awesome!!! Thank you so much!!!”
“5 stars for Gary at Mattress Firm Nottingham! He walked us through the different options, answered all our questions, and helped us secure a great deal on a High Point mattress. He made the whole process easy. Definitely ask for Gary!”
“Very good. Nice young man, however the wait for the delivery is somewhat long for me... I am sure it will be worth the wait. However, once delivered it was not what he promised. I feel violated at the age of 62, taken advantage of, robbed in other words and there is nothing that I can do about it.”
“Jaison and Joe where definitely great experts and knowledgeable with given us detailed information on our mattress and bed purchase. Im very pleased with the purchase and will be doing business again with Mattress Warehouse.”

“My partner and I walked in with no idea what we were doing. The salesman Kenton made everything so straight forward and easy. We were in and out in like half an hour. Could not have asked for a better experience!”
“What a wonderful experience we had with Christianna! She was kind, patient, and so helpful! She spent a lot of time with us and helped us find the best mattress for us and our guest bedroom! Thank you!”
“Had a really great experience selecting a mattress with Tatyana! Having never gone through this process, she made sure that we were able to carefully evaluate what we were looking for in a mattress and didn’t rush us into a decision. We walked out extremely satisfied! Our mattress was delivered 2 days later, and we’ve slept better ever since.”

“Ky was outstanding! He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and provided lots of information and several options. He worked hard to get my purchase down within my budget. Susan, his manager, was also very helpful and creative in making the purchase affordable. I would definitely come back next time I need a mattress and boxspring!”
“Tom was very helpful and recommended nice mattresses that were comfortable and all worked for me. I found a suitable mattress that fit my size and weight, and he even recommended a nice pillow for side sleeping that I can come back for. Very nice and welcoming service!”
“Michael and Seth offer excellent, professional assistance. Their recommendations were most helpful! We had a multi purpose situation - home office and guest room. The Ottoman solved the issue. It is well made and folds out into a very comfortable bed.”

“I had an amazing experience with Family Mattress! What really stood out to me was the convenience , I didn’t even have to step foot in the store. I was able to order my mattress right over the phone, and the process was quick, easy, and stress-free.
The customer service was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any hassle. On top of that, they offered same-day delivery, which was a huge plus. Everything arrived on time, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.

“Today I stopped into the Towson Havertys location and was greeted by a wonderful sales associate, Ed. He gave me space and time to browse around the store to see the new furniture and accessories that had arrived since my last visit in November. He also answered any questions I had With professionalism and speed. When I’m ready for bigger purchases, I will rely on Ed to help me due to his professionalism.”

“I highly recommend shopping at Ethan Allen. Not only is the quality superb but the service is excellent. The company offers warranties on its products. The personnel at the store are very helpful and will actually come to your home and give good advice on what furniture and accessories, such as rugs, work in it. The delivery of the furniture was a good experience as well. There was not one scratch on any wall. The deliverers were very careful with handling the furniture. From past experience, where furniture had to be assembled, the deliverers knew how to assemble it. I always receive compliments on any furniture I have bought from Ethan Allen.”
“This is a review generally for the Saatva experience. Extraordinary customer service. When I reached out for help by email, I got a direct line back, a call on a Sunday within hours. This is the sort of service that is far too rare. Thank you Saatva.”

They keep there word and lots of times a box spring is included. Very fair pricing . I may buy my beds from this place also . 5 star .”
