“My daughter has been using this Pharmacy for years. I had always used CVS until the service became unbearable. After another bad experience I finally gave Parkville Pharmacy a try. They contacted my doctor. Got the prescriptions switched over and had my medication by the following morning. One of these meds I had been informed by CVS that they did not carry. I can only say this small business was professional, very friendly, and timely. The prices were also less expensive. Nice to promote a local business that cares.”

“CVS at 2911 East Joppa Rd has an outstanding employee, Ray, who helped me navigate the CVS app on my phone. He got me savings I would otherwise not have taken advantage of. In turn, I purchased more because he showed me how to look for the coupons by using the scanner on the app which I didn't even know existed. I left the store feeling very satisfied. I purchased more than I intended, but I was very happy because of the great deals that I got due to Ray's help. Ray was very pleasant, professional, and friendly. I really appreciated his work attitude - something rarely seen these days. Thanks again Ray.”

“Ms. Ebony went above and beyond and is the ONLY reason this CVS is getting a 5-star review. If it was for Elizabeth (Pharmacist) this review would have been a 1-star review. Went to get my meds that I was told would be ready today well 2 of 3 was done and the 3rd one I was told i needed to come inside and talk to someone about it because it was on hold. No problem I understand the pharmacist tells me that the reason it was on hold is because there was no supervising dr on the script, so i asked 3x's for her to print it out so i knew what i needed to tell the dr who sent it over, she prints it out and the Dr's name was right in the middle of the script so now IM PISSED because I have waited 2 days for the meds and the pharmacist put it on hold for something that it should of never been put on hold for. Ms. Ebony steps right up and takes charge of the situation and within 10mins i had my medicine in hand and leaving the store. Ms. Ebony did not have to do what she did but I am extremely grateful that she did. I have never had any issues with this pharmacy until now Elizabeth needs to be retrained and should not be a pharmacist, she was completely clueless to what was wrong and did not pay any attention to what she was doing. Ms. Ebony on the other hand she deserves recognition for saving this review and turning it from a 1-star to a 5-star. I recommend CVS Corp to PROMOTE Ms. Ebony for her fantastic customer service and I also am recommending CVS to re-train Elizabeth cause stuff like this cannot HAPPEN!! Thank You again Ms. Ebony your great at what you do and i surely hope CVS appreciates you for what you continue to do on a daily basis and if they don't please let me know I would be more than happy to have someone at my company doing the great things you do.”

“I’m officially switching pharmacies to this one. After a second instance of an annoying eligibility glitch at the CVS pharmacy in Joppa/Belair Rd prevented me from refilling a script, I came here and Muhammad cleared it out in 20 mins and was able to refill my script. Now…that’s great customer service.”
