I followed up three months later by email; there was no response. Then I called. The receptionist had me on hold for 15 minutes. When I hung up and called back, the phone kept going to voicemail. I had time that day, so I drove up there. I asked the receptionist, who wasn't busy, to speak to the manager.

Rob Gibson, the general manager, informed me that they're under new management and hiring new people. He apologized for the delay and reordered the parts.
