U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer offers convenient truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, and pick-up trucks for local or one-way moves. Customers appreciate the quick and easy rental process, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is convenient, and the staff often go out of their way to assist, even allowing extra rental time when needed and providing good customer service during difficult times. The facility is kept clean, and moving supplies are readily available. However, some customers have concerns about pricing, noting that the advertised flat rate can add extra costs due to mileage and gas fees, which sometimes results in higher overall charges. Despite this, many find the experience positive enough to recommend and plan to use the service again. Overall, U-Haul at this location is known for friendly service, cleanliness, and helpfulness, making it a reliable choice for moving needs, even if additional charges can sometimes surprise customers.
