After signing up for Verizon Internet I was given a $50.00 gift card. This store would not honor the card, nore would they give me an explanation as to why.They said to go to another Verizon store to redeem the card.

Samuel was absolutely wonderful and I could not have asked for anyone more skilled at his profession. He was so understanding with me as I am a senior and not tech-savvy at all. I want to say that having Sam on Veriizon’s staff is such an asset. thank you so much,Linda A . Widows

Hannah M., Wireless Sales Consultant at the Verizon store E. Joppa Rd is very patient, and did an excellent job transferring an account from Metro PCS, GA into Verizon. In addition, she volunteered to come into work on her day off, and spent 3 additional hours with us, due to the technical complexity of the transfer, so that my brother had a working cell phone, with the fall feature. 5 Stars to Hannah's expertise!

Just had a great experience with Josh at the Verizon Cellular store in Parkville, MD. Last night my phone was stolen at work and at the same time my car battery died - needless to say I was having a pretty bad 24 hrs. Josh was super helpful in getting me set up with a new phone and navigating the whole situation. He gave great product advice and helped me identify the best deal at the time. He was really knowledgeable and available right away when the store opened at 9am. Thanks Josh, I will be saving your contact info for my future mobile needs!

I went to this location yesterday. The sale associate that was trying to help me was not helpful. waited over an hour to be helped. was skipped over twice even though I was next in line. She didnt have an answer for me. I was already annoyed from being skipped over. I will not be returning to this location.

We visited this Verizon store in order to have my wife’s new iPhone set up. Deonte’s patience with us and his knowledge were both very helpful and kind. His assistance in securing a screen protector was a very nice customer service touch. If we have any phone needs in the future, we’re going back to Deonte’s store.

Absolutely terrible! Employees here are lazy and don’t communicate. I had to come back three separate times to pickup my Apple Watch that I ordered in-store. They kept telling me over the phone it was there but they couldn’t find it the first two times I arrived. The woman didn’t seem to care much when I said I had to drive far and it was an inconvenience. Never again. Definitely not a four-star experience.

I’m not one to write a bad review, but with I currently just experienced at this store today and yesterday, I am highly disappointed with the service I received at this location with trying to pick up an online order, which I still didn’t receive. I have been a loyal customer of Verizon Wireless since 2008, and this is the worst experience I have ever had.I placed an online order yesterday for pickup at this location. I chose this location for pickup because it is close to my house. Everything seemed okay when I first got there, and what was supposed to be a pickup, lasted almost an hour of the employee going back and forth with another Verizon rep over the phone. There was some issue with trying to process my order, and I still have no explanation why?Your employee told me to come back (today) to try again. That is an inconvenience to me. Today, I walked out of the store AGAIN with no phone after paying $885 to pick it up yesterday. Another today employee said my order was cancelled. Why was my order cancelled? Nobody at your store could give me an explanation why my order couldn’t be processed properly yesterday, and why my order was marked as cancelled in your system. I thought I was going home with a new phone yesterday, and today and I still have nothing.I had to race home moments ago to call Verizon myself to see what was going on, and even they didn’t understand what happened at your store. I do not know what your employee Mr. Popwell did to my order, but I am highly dissatisfied with how he handled my order yesterday. There was no lack of urgency or resolution to make sure I left as a satisfied customer. I should have not gone through all of this just to simply pick up an online order.I had to open a service ticket with Verizon for them, and wait 3-5 days for them to investigate what happened with my order. All of this to just pick up an online order? Unacceptable! I have no words right now, I just want my $885 phone or a refund. I will never come to this store ever again.

I really needed a new phone, and Eric at this store worked very hard to get me what I needed. He worked against Verizon's internal customer service issues, and pushed and pushed to try to help us out. He went above and beyond.
