I have been shopping at goodwill my entire adult life. Have been a huge supporter for over 20 years, donating and rounding up. Teaching my kids the importance of buying used. And now everytime I go, I leave absolutely disgusted and confused. You will have a $50 item for $3.00 (very rare) and a dollar tree item with the $1.25 sticker still on it for $3.00 also. Everything in there is donated to them for free and it is all outrageously priced. Clothing items shouldn't be $10. Sneakers that are worn out shouldn't be $20.00. They have seriously lost sight of the purpose of this store. It's sad when someone homeless and broke can't even come in and buy a single outfit and pair of shoes for an affordable price. Shameful. I will no longer support this business.

I bought a table and realized that it wouldn't fit in the car. I asked the worker if she'd hold it while I got my wife's car. She said no that I had to get it out of the store. Returned 10 min later and it was outside. Website says:
When I’m shopping at Goodwill and see an item I might want to purchase, will you hold it for me? We will hold a paid item for no longer than 24 hours.

Manager is difficult and not friendly. Shelves are often sparse even though the donations are more than plentiful.

I tried to drop off thousands of dollars worth of gently used to brand new women’s clothes. I had one box that was my daughters. I had 15 to 16 bags of clothing from a recently departed relative. I asked for two receipts. They said I can only get one receipt. I spoke to a manager and she declined to offer two receipts. She said I can go to another GoodWill. I said that wouldn’t happen. I have been donating to Good Will for more than two decades. That relationship ended today.

crazy expensive and I've never seen a single sale here which is even crazier..awful selection too, not checked for quality at all, half of the stuff I see is either stained or dry rotted. Just awful ?

Prices here for a second hand store are ABSURD! 70.00 for this used muddy tire pet stroller. New they are 99.99. This company is a disgrace and should be boycotted. Especially this store! PRICES ARE INCORRECT AND TOO HIGH

Typically this store is great and the staff is amazing. Recently it’s started to look even better too. HOWEVER, recently they hired a new dude who is terrible with customers. He has the worst people skills I’ve ever seen. It’s so frustrating having to interact with him. When I’m waiting in line and see him I hope someone else finishes first. But, he’s just one person and everyone else is great and super helpful.

This Goodwill is poorly located. Entering and exiting this area is always unsafe. Due to the tight parking lot and high traffic from Aldi, people tend to get hit--people and be hiked, drive on the wrong side of the road to beat traffic and enter the "do not enter" areas also to beat traffic. It's a hotheaded lot and not worth the stop-in. Also, this location is always EMPTY inside. We all honestly rather drive elsewhere to not deal with the hassle of cars.

The worst people manage this shop. The worst. They treat their employees terribly and are possibly breaking some HR laws in how they manage. Some people should never be given management jobs because they get a little bit of power and lord it over their workers. If you ever go into this store and see them mistreating people, by all means, speak up. They are the worst!

this goodwill is run by absolute morons! I saw a half finished bottle of Powerade with a pricetag on it for $4.99! it was a single bottle that was half finished! there was a manager, a male, I didn't get his name, but he grabbed my 7 year old daughter by the hair to stop her from playing with the toys! he's lucky my wife protected her and that I wasn't in there! this place is a disgrace to charity!
