The Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center is generally a great place to shop, with friendly and helpful staff. The store is typically well-organized, with a good selection of books, toys, and DVDs at decent prices. However, recently, the addition of a new employee with poor customer service skills has been a source of frustration for some customers. While the majority of the staff remains excellent, this one individual's lack of people skills can make for an unpleasant experience. Overall, the store provides a satisfactory shopping experience, with the occasional hiccup in customer service. Customers can expect a clean, well-organized environment and a generally positive interaction with the staff, save for the occasional encounter with the problematic new employee.
Say goodbye to Goodwill ... the prices now are insane. It would be better to just go to a reg. stone.

Very well organized for a Goodwill, some magic formula working hard to clear the air of that typical musky fake smell ruining all the others I've been to. There's a tidy and nest assortment here however most prices are well inflated to make eBay look just as enticing.

Manager is difficult and not friendly. Shelves are often sparse even though the donations are more than plentiful.
