It’s 6 PM the website says they’re open until seven for donations and if they’re closed that’s not great

Typically this store is great and the staff is amazing. Recently it’s started to look even better too. HOWEVER, recently they hired a new dude who is terrible with customers. He has the worst people skills I’ve ever seen. It’s so frustrating having to interact with him. When I’m waiting in line and see him I hope someone else finishes first. But, he’s just one person and everyone else is great and super helpful.

This Goodwill is poorly located. Entering and exiting this area is always unsafe. Due to the tight parking lot and high traffic from Aldi, people tend to get hit--people and be hiked, drive on the wrong side of the road to beat traffic and enter the "do not enter" areas also to beat traffic. It's a hotheaded lot and not worth the stop-in. Also, this location is always EMPTY inside. We all honestly rather drive elsewhere to not deal with the hassle of cars.

The worst people manage this shop. The worst. They treat their employees terribly and are possibly breaking some HR laws in how they manage. Some people should never be given management jobs because they get a little bit of power and lord it over their workers. If you ever go into this store and see them mistreating people, by all means, speak up. They are the worst!

this goodwill is run by absolute morons! I saw a half finished bottle of Powerade with a pricetag on it for $4.99! it was a single bottle that was half finished! there was a manager, a male, I didn't get his name, but he grabbed my 7 year old daughter by the hair to stop her from playing with the toys! he's lucky my wife protected her and that I wasn't in there! this place is a disgrace to charity!

Employees are friendly. Some nice finds in books and they're, for the most part, tidy on the shelves. The bigger item toy section are decently priced.Lots of DVDs available.

I had a few items to return from the Columbia Goodwill store, and decided to try the Pasadena Goodwill location for a change.First thoughts - the store is huge! It's clean, very well organized and the two staff I interacted with were kind and engaging. The clothing was organized and well-priced. I bought a Loft plaid dress for $8, win!Although I enjoy the Columbia location as well, I think I'll start swinging by the Pasadena shop more often.

I'm rating this store a three because I normally don't have any issues here. But today, I waited in line for 10 minutes before anyone even came to the register. I rang the bell three different times while I was waiting. When the cashier D'Asia did make her way to the front she did so exxxxtrrreeeemly slowly, then she just stood at the register with out saying a word. Now this is not new for this cashier, I get it some people are just not personable or have good customer service skills. However, today I expected at the very least an apology for my wait.

One of the worst goodwills I’ve been to. First their inventory is seriously lacking and they are way over priced. Second, I saw a pair of jeans I liked and when I grabbed the price tag to check the price the plastic piece slipped right through the jeans, so I placed the price tag in the pocket. When I got to the register the cashier said they couldn’t sell an item without a price tag so I explained to her what happened and that the tag was in the pocket. She checked with who I assume to be the manager, and he starts accusing me of switching the price tag to get the item cheaper, because someone did it last week and if it happens again he remembers faces. Totally unprofessional, all he needed to say was sorry we can’t sell the item without the price tag attached and I’d have been on my way. Just not a great experience overall.

The Pasadena Goodwill donation center is the best in the area. Jackson and Ryan are pleasant and always smiling.

Don't go to Pasadena one had issues with afro american lady saying my dad switched price she was rust Arrogant with her fake eyelashes my dad is half Philipino half white rude to customers same as bisexual woman distributing goods I watched my daughter didn't switch any tags but she did ask me what this item was and turned it over and showed me and I told her it looks like a old one she needs to learn to treat her customers with dignity and respect . I will never contribute to that store ever again I will never ever go there ever again I also will tell others to stay away. She yells at her customers start hiring decent people or training them to respect people who buy things from store. I was not the only one.mrs cachero I left message as well Pasadena store. There is no room for prejudice.

After donating a bunch of nice things before 4 pm (said closing time) I forgot one small grocery store bag full of clothes and they refused to take it while standing on the other side of the door. She said nope we are closed. It wasn’t even 4 pm yet. So they should say they close 5-10 minutes before closing and even if you are nice enough to donate a cart full of things (with Under Armour and Converse sneakers)…they won’t take one small bag BEFORE closing time. I won’t be donating or shopping at this Goodwill again.
