“I was so impressed with Nealey Tire & Auto Repair.
The first reason was because when I called Kenny got me in on the same day.
But Sam, really made my day by getting the car checked from bumper to bumper.
See I had to get my Mercedes Benz a new battery and get the computer reset.
Nealey's was able to do it cheaper than a Mercedes Benz dealership would have charged me.
Plus Sam kept in contact with me all day today.
See they had to check my alternator to see if that was the problem.
I'm sure another shop would have charged me for an alternator.
But NOT SAM.
HE WAS HONEST ABOUT THE ALTERNATOR BEING IN GOOD SHAPE.
SO IT TOOK LESS THAN 24 HRS TO GET MY CAR BACK, WHICH REALLY MADE ME HAPPY!!!
IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET MY CAR TOWED UP THERE UNTIL AFTER 3PM.
AND THEY CLOSE AT 5:30.
SO I HIGHLY SUGGEST NEALEY's Tire & Auto Repair and ask for Sam”

They took me in very early and got the alignment and tires installed in under an hour, also gave me brand new tire stem caps.
Alignment was fantastic and paperwork showing the exact measurements is provided.
Huge bonus for not charging me a tire disposal fee and allowing me to donate my set of nearly brand new all seasons to someone in need.

“I only do reviews for excellent service. I called Bull's just hours ago as my tires needed to be 'emergently' replaced as they were completely bald and dry rotting. ( yeah, I know, I know......they were due about a year ago I pretended they were fine.) The gentleman on the phone told me to come in and he could do it right away. (I brought my newly purchased tires with me.) I didn't get the name of the gentleman who replaced my tires, but he was kind, professional and non judgemental ?. He worked quickly and efficiently. But wait there's more... my brakes had been fully replaced only a week ago and were now making a horrible noise. He diagnosed and fixed this problem like a super hero of some sort! I can not praise him enough. I'm so gratefulSo refreshing knowing there are some great humans still in existence.”
