Wow. Was mailing something to the Bahamas. 1. She asked me how to spell Bahamas even though it was written on the envelope. 2 she asked me if this was inside the United States. 3. She said I needed a zip code.

Worst place ever. Super unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment for passports for the second time and their staff didn't show, not even a phone call. This place needs to get better employees and not waste people's time. I had to take time off work to handle this, and both times they didn't show up. Find yourself another place to handle this matter.

Writing this review feels somewhat against my usual approach of focusing on the positive, but I believe it is essential to share my experiences for the benefit of others. Describing this post office is a bit challenging, but "inconsistent" comes closest. The service varies from okay to indifferent or even confrontational.
I have experimented with different approaches, like being friendly and upbeat, which seems to help a bit, but only temporarily. So, I have started using the self-service kiosk more often. When I do need to interact with the staff, I try to stay patient, friendly, and remind myself that I can choose how I react to the situation : )

This post office is the worst. The staff are always so rude and are not helpful at all. Would rather drive across town for another post office than visit here again.

I've been having issues on packages I or my family ordered being marked delivered BUT no delivery was done. It has become more and more regular lately. I feel like they are just rushing to get things done, marking packages as delivered without checking if its the right address or not. This happens when they wont even get out of their delivery car to check if it is the right house. Very frustrating!

I sent a wedding invitation to someone in Pasadena and they never got it, then tried sending an important document through this post office and it must have gotten lost in the mail because it was never received. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The lady at the front desk is very rude and not helpful at all! She talks to customers like they’re garbage when they have questions about how to mail an item out. I will not return to this location; I now take my business to the Pasadena UPS store and they’re so helpful and kind!!USPS at lakeshore Pasadena should hire better quality employees!!

The most absolute worst staff! The ladies at the desk will stand there acting like they’re doing something when there is at least 10 people in line while the other lady is the only one taking customers! They are rude when they speak to you and need to be trained on customer service skills!

Apparently they’re giving away other peoples packages. It was labeled as delivered in my mailbox but it must’ve grew legs and walked away! Not happy as it was a gift for my child with autism for Christmas ? guarantee I go ask about it and i won’t get anywhere ?

I tracked my package and it showed delivered. It was not in the mailbox or anywhere else in our building. I called this location and a gentleman (Levy) answered the phone. He asked for the tracking number and called the carrier. He located the package and had it delivered.

The staff is quick and efficient every time I go here. Never had a single issue.
