There is a good selection of groceries at reasonable prices. However there is a 5% surcharge on everything you buy there. That is cheaper than MD sales tax on non food items. It is primarily for military personnel and their dependents.

This place is a hidden gem! Right on the bay! Get your eat on before 5 though everything shuts down at 5:00 really peaceful here.

Prices are exactly the same as HT in California MD. I know, I brought a receipt. The days of buying anything whole sale has been long gone since 2006.
